Just got back from the market! You totally inspired me… crock pot soup… fire roasted tomatoes, water, bouillon, mushrooms, carrots, onions, celery, yellow squash, white beans, corn, kale and itty bitty macaroni! And a special blend by Trader Joe’s…ITALIAN STYLE SOFFRITTO SEASONING BLEND! Amazing! Happy Healthy New Year 🎆 Rosa to you and your beautiful family! Looking forward to more family fun content in 2025! PS: I follow another FAMILY oriented vegan youtuber (PlantWhys)...she went full on Vegan because of her husband's health scare. She has a big family like you...five kiddos instead of six. You have so much in common. What I love about you both is you keep it so real. My family is a wee bit smaller than yours...it's just Lulu and me...but I plan to be around a long time to care for this dyamo!
Hi friend! That soup sounds delicious and you can totally make enough to freeze and eat later! Ooh adding itty bitty macaroni into soup is inspiring and I want to try this! Happy new year! We wish you and Lulu all the love and health and happiness come 2025. I have seen her videos on RUclips! Didn’t know she had a large family like us and her husband having that health scare just like us! We definitely have lots in common, i do see some differences like we don’t eat some of the things she does mainly due to health especially for Trey but she is definitely inspiring!!
Now that looks really good!!! I really like that you have protein and veggies here without meat. I have all this at home and am seriously thinking about making this tonight. I so look forward to your video's.
I mentioned the white bean and kale soup before I knew you were putting kale in the lasagna soup! Kale is one of my really big favorites. Another thing I like to do for a quick meal is boil up some angel hair, top it with a big handful of kale and a handful of beans. I like red beans because it gives a good color. I sprinkle lime juice and olive oil and nutritional yeast and stand back. It is delicious.
Here’s my favorite family and friends! I hope your holidays were full of joy. The new year is going to be very exciting! I recently made a stew that sat on the stove for the better part of the day and it was white beans and kale. It was a creamy soup and I had a piece of baguette and I’m going to tell you I’ll be making that again.
Yes try it! For Trey we add 1-2 cut up apples, 3/4 cups of oats and 3 cups water, pinch of salt and cinnamon. Now this could feed 2 so maybe cut it in half if it’s just for you and cook it on low throughout the night. It’s really good we don’t even need to sweeten it!
Loved this soup, I’ll be making it this week. Thank you so much for a new idea, variation each week can be so hard. X Happy New Year to you and your wonderful family
Thank you for tuning in Belinda! Happy new year and yes we totally agree just coming up with variation is tough sometimes and you just need inspiration!
Yes make this for the kiddos! So our best selling soap is oatmeal and honey goat milk soap which if you look on the website you’ll see many great reviews saying it’s helped soothe their eczema. Some of our customers solely use this soap! Here’s the link: edenbodycare.com/products/oatmeal-and-honey-goat-milk-soap
Hi, we really enjoyed watching your family and all your different recipes and how you do things it’s very interesting. I just have to say I’m surprised you don’t put your hair in a ponytail and make sure that if someone is near the food cooking it they put their hair back because no matter how careful you are you could get some hair in your food Just a thought.
Thank you so much for watching! I have to be honest and say we’re not in a professional environment, this is our home and if there’s any hair in our food, it’s more fiber 😆 jk no we don’t eat our hair, we’re just more relaxed here at home and since we cook so much sometimes we put our hair up, sometimes we don’t. If we do cook for a get together I do like to make sure hair is up, general cleanliness, etc.
Mmmm sounds like a meal for this week!
Yes make this it’s so so good!
Glad to see you back in the algorithm. Looking delicious. Always enjoy the assistance crew helping mama.

Grocery run today. For sure making the lasagna soup. Me and a couple of my children have eczema, so you recommend a specific soap?

Awesome awesome. Thank you! Do you recall how much of the red lentils was used? Uncooked.. getting ready to soak them.
