MAMAN BONNET DEPARTS IDLEWILD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JFK) FOR ZURICH, SWITZERLAND IN 1958

Maman Luise Bonnet departs Idlewild International Airport for Switzerland. At this time the aircraft were propeller and it took 13 hours to fly to Europe from New York and made stops for re-fueling.
Food and Service were fantastic! The flights however, were bumpy at lower altitudes and the planes flew in the weather, not above as they do now.
Idlewild International Airport in New York would become in 1963, JFK International Airport
