    Bro Would you mind do me a favour ? I want you to teach me How to calculate salary breakup in terms of Net salary, Gross salary and CTC concept .. I Have been trying to calculate it as many times i could nevertheless i had no much resources and noone else is being with me to teach that properly.

    Please explain why we didn't receive the same salary. Like 12000 k CTC is my CTC but when I see the salary structure it is 12540 CTC. Actually y there is an additional amount with the CTC.

    Esi employee contribution - 1.75% but, u said 1 %

      Currently, the employee contribution rate is 1.00% of the wages and that of employers is 4.00% of the wages paid. For newly implemented areas, the contribution rate is 1% and 3% respectively for employee and employer for the first 24 months
