I got 3 boxes of 1990 donruss for 65 after shipping and won a bid on 89 score for $1 I think around 5 for shipping. Bought a grading kit so I can look at my cards under magnification to check before grading.
Thank you! Sorry for the late reply. I think it is possible to do the junk wax angle but it's important to be selective about it. I've tried the wax route and it's a tough sled. I think it's a bit easier to go the arbitrage route. PSA is so tough on 80's and 90's cards. I do agree with you as well - thanks!

Anything 83-84 is not Junk Wax imo. 86-92 is true junk wax…93 is borderline
94 to 2024 will be considered far worse when it's all said and done.
