Being a clarinetist, I was appalled by his posture, but the sound he produced more than made up for it. He can grow his hair as long as he wants. I only wish I still had hair.
He goes to the New England Conservatory… he knows what he’s doing. Like others said, as along as he plays the part to the part, it really doesn’t matter in the real world. Though it is a possibility he could develop health problems long term in his music career..
It's weird but i've only seen clarinet players sit like that and still sound amazing. For some reason clarinet players really like deceiving audiences :)
Beautifully executed. Timing and balance impeccable. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you very much.
Incredible! So beautiful and passionate. Bravo!!!!
This bassoonist though!!
The bassoon's intonation was not quite accurate at the start, but later the instrument warmed up and the pitch became normal.
@@renatoperezpizarro7439 Yeah i noticed that too it kinda bugged me lol
I. Allegro non troppo 0:12
II. Allegro vivace 7:08

Excellent performance (beautiful)...
Wunderbarst eines der besten Stücke der Quntettliteratur musiziert
A delightful discovery!
Wikipedia has a short article on this composer, with a partial list of works. Certainly a fine quintet, in the spirit of Danzi and Reicha
Beautiful.
All the musicians are fantastic but wow, the flutist is amazing
Beautiful!
beautiful clarinet
very well played
Excellently performed. Is there a little bit about this not so well known composer?
Ah! This is how it's supposed to sound :o)
perfect intonation!
Are there any other recordings of this wonderful group? I see they were in school together six years ago.
Hi Alice, all the pieces from this recital are posted online! ruclips.net/video/v_n8E7rxcdw/видео.html
Is no one going to talk about the clarinets posture?
Not me. As long as the sound he produces is good, he can sit anyway he wants, it's my opinion.
No, but could use a haircut.

Fantastic - almost as good as any Pro group.

Aside from tone production, the way the clarinetist is sitting looks lazy and unprofessional
