- The overall underlying principle of the reality show -- Blaque In The House® - is to prime the fan base for the upcoming 2008 CD by the platinum-selling singing trio, Blaque. We intend to update dedicated fans, while bringing Blaque to the attention of a new crop of would-be fans. With the passing of the torch by TLC, the return of Blaque is, both, timely and necessary for today's music industry. Where have all the singing groups gone? They seem to be a thing of the past. Not so fast... the reemergence of Blaque, brainchild of TLC's Lisa (Left Eye) Lopes, shatters the notion that girl groups are relics of times gone by. The upcoming show, Blaque In he House™, films the reintroduction of this already well-known platinum-selling music group to the world.
The primary setting takes place in the home of the group's mentor, Tionne (T-Boz) Watkins, where we all get a "front row seat," as the third biggest-selling girl group of all time, TLC, pass their tiara to the capable hands of the only group truly birthed by the original. There have been many whom have tried to capture the allure and style of TLC; however, Blaque is the only group that can legitimately capture the essence of their predecessors, while incorporating their own distinctiveness, which enables them to move forward in a fresh and thrilling direction.
The three vibrant performers that make up Blaque are: Shamari DeVoe, Natina Reed, and Brandi Williams; they need not stand in anyone's shadow. These women are proven artists, stepping back into the scene to recover "music" in its purest form. Since the group's supporting roles in the motion pictures Bring It On and Honey, the group is now recognized by mainstream America.
Populating the show with cameo appearances by Ronnie DeVoe of New Edition (husband of Shamari DeVoe), rapper Kurupt (ex-fiance of Natina Reed and father of her son, Tren), T-Boz, Lil Mama, Akon and Da Brat, this fly-on-the-wall TV show promises to deliver all that it should. Fans will want to watch as these forcefully dynamic women claim their rightful position in music history.

I liked Blaque they were a good group. I wished they would have let them have song "cant wait"i was in the video. they just had a short clip of it them dancing in silver box. 2001. R.I.P Natina keep ya head up queens.

well this is great news. i am one of those people who's been wondering what the hell happened to all the r&b groups, and to the whole r&b game. i loved blaque in bring it on, i loved their songs. i hope they have a really well-recieved return to the scene, r&b needs it.

Unfortunately, Blaque has disbanded again and Private Show is cancelled. Shamari and Brandi are working on solo albums and Natina is working on a reality show.
That one girl looks like Raven Symone, and I also noticed that most girl who name is Brandy looks like the actress Brandy.
