Why does the pain seem so much greater than the answers people give? It was Christian to me to want to punch someone. Why do the answers seem so weak. Maybe letting the pain out, and practical things to do would be more helpful, God is very practical. Sometimes you just have to scream . I hope this person was held accountable. I didn't listen to the whole talk, because I find having no practical answers so depressing, and discouraging. Physical exercise, therapy, talking it out, expressing yourself through art should be discussed. Even in some cases a stuff drink, to pull yourself together.....if alcohol is NOT a problem,. Or some hot tea.
