No way, someone that actually knows what they are doing. First time I've seen anyone use the sealed tube with vent needle, and I've seen 100's of different prep methods. 1500g might be a tad high though. Over 1200g risks damaging the PLTs (supposedly).
The only reason I haven’t started using this is because I’m concerned about cooking the plastic syringe and it leeching into the filler. Don’t care if they say it’s “heat safe”. No plastic is unless it’s silicone or glass
