I've said this on other reactions, but if Sakamoto is S Tier, Shin is B Tier. He's not weak. He just looks weak compared to the strongest in the verse.
Exactly what I was thinking. He’s a great assassin but doesn’t touch the top tiers yet. And it’s so cool being able to see his character grow as the series goes on

Shin went against The legendary hit man(not in prime tho) thus lost. That doesn't mean he is weak. Sakamoto is just built different
There’s one thing you gotta understand about this show, basically every skilled dude has at least some super strength and durability

Shin's power is being incorporated in creative ways. Like in casual conversations with Sakamoto, the danger sense, knowing when people lie and there are also occasions where he can't read peoples minds.
@@rac_counI understand that it's being used in different, more creative ways here, but Carter made it sound like they've never seen anyone with the ability to read minds in anime before. It's whatever though, he probably didn't mean to say it like that.

I know you guys must drown in recommendations but there's one particular anime out there that I truly believe you'd love. It takes itself seriously, has magnific storytelling and in my opinion is severely underrated. The anime is called To Your Eternity (Fumetsu no anata e) and I give one episode for you all to be hooked.
