Im also learning fanny not a main but i think you should try putting one cable a little farther than the other one that you won't move in middle of the lanes, rather you would b moving sideways idk if that works for u

I have problem it's I keep hitting my own turrets when using 2 capables, any trick to dodge my turrets (not enemy turrets)

Delay your 2nd cable by a few miliseconds so you go to the left/right of it
