Happy to see you back on our channel! We are showing you our training in preparation for the Dutch National Indoor Championship & the European Championships in Torun. Very happy we can still race in these weird times!
We are preparing for the upcoming seasons with lots of lactic on the track, because we have our eyes on the Olympics in Tokyo 2021. We hope you enjoy our videos!

love the vlog - used to run myself - I wonder if your trainers have put you through this one: do as many burpees as you can (keep count) followed immediately by the same number of jumping jacks, followed immediately by the same number of jump ropes (without the rope) - brutal, and it works the legs in several different ways - wish you both health and success, and don't hesitate to speak Dutch - we want to learn!
