Hi....I got a letter a few days ago from Door Dash letting me know that back on May 4 someone hacked into their system and stole driver's personal information. The worst part is that the letter was addressed to someone named Margaux DaSilva. Either her named just happened to be used, or she is a part of the identity theft crimes. I contacted credit bureaus and they put extra security just in case someone tries to open accounts or get a loan in my name. It looks like Door Dash still hasn't completely fixed the problem since someone else's name is connected to my address and Door Dash account. Because of this I deactivated my Door Dash account and won't be driving on their platform anymore. I will still drive for Postmates as long as possible, but will be looking for more work in order to pay the bills! For a very long time I have not been getting very many orders on any platform I use and unfortunately bills don't get lost in the mail (lol)! Well, just wanted to let you know what is going on just in case you were wondering.
