Quick Question... Is the pitch being moved over? If you follow the angel of the Dolman seating down and look at to old and then the proposed finish, the old seating came down more vertical and the new seating comes down at the same angel as the rest of the Dolman stand which looks like it will over-lap the pitch. And if you look at the South Stand it looks way back from the Williams stand meaning it will be a fair way from the pitch. I only asked as if it will be moved, how will it line up with they Atyeo seating?
Alan Lintern Hi Alan. I believe that the pitch will eventually be moved towards the Williams Stand once the new stand is constructed. The front section of the Dolman Stand will be installed once the roof is extended & will come to ground level at the original pitch surround. The walkway between the new front stand & the pitch edge will be narrow until the pitch is moved. You're right, the Ayteo Stand end section will be away from the pitch edge. Hope that helps.
