Woah woah...hold there. 1. Never ever pull the pistons using a plier like that. Grab by their end 3-5mm if you must. Otherwise put a soft rubber sheet between the jaws of the plier. You may scratch the piston outer wall otherwise. 2. Seals, pistons and their corresponding holes in the caliper may be of different sizes between the two (or three or four) pistons in the same caliper. If you put the slightly bigger piston on the slightly smaller hole or seal, you will damage the either piston or the new seal. It is always better to check by inserting the piston to the hole before fixing the seals and ensure that they move in and out freely and mark them along with their holes for easy identification during assembly. 3. They are not 4 oil seals. The thicker ones that goes in first are oil seals and thin ones that goes after are dust seals. They have a groove inside their inner circumference. Oil seals must be lubed with brake fluid and dust seals must be lubed with silicon grease or other suitable rubber grease. 4. While disassembling the caliper from the fork, seperate the adapter (that holds the caliper to the fork) from the caliper and check the sliding pins on the adapter. They must be smooth and free of rust. Also check the rubber boots on the caliper that the adapter pins goes into. There must be enough grease in them and the pin must slide in and out smoothly. If not, clean or replace the boots and add fresh silicon or rubber grease. 5. Don't forget to reinstall the metal strip spring in the rotor groove of the caliper. They hold the loose pads in place and prevent them from catching in the rotor and moving around making that annoying noise.
4:02 Ohhh My God ! Never use a plier on the piston sealing surface ! They have hard anodised coating and the sharp plier will score the piston making it useless, Which if installed in the body will then sureley damage the seals and calliper ID and now you will damage the complete calliper. You can buy the pisto saparately buy the calliper body is slot as a complete calliper. There's a special tool to remove the plunger. if you are not a mechanic and don't have proper tools don't make such videos ! Someone out here will follow this and ruin his completly workig calliper. The proper procedure is to loosen the banjo bolt first, remove the pads and blow compressed air in the calliper ( where the break line connects) this will remove the pistons effortlessly and without damaging them. Please don't get me wrong. I'm saying this so that people don't ruin ther bikes after taking advice from a non mechanic.
High quality synthetic base aur Copper base grease for Caliper pins, ye dono supply karte hai. Aab tak bahut customers Liya hai. Aur hum achha naam kamaya hai. Is grease apply karne sey ye caliper pins ka action achha hota hai aur paani, kachada door rakegha. High temp mey achhi taraf kaam karta hai aur awaaz nahi karta hai. Thanks.

Ek kam karo plumbing ka jo Teflon tape aata hai vo use karke bleeding nut tight karke dekho m sure leak band hojaye ga... try it and reply me back with the result.
After cleaning and doing everything.. The brake isn't working? As you said in the end I had applied pressure several times n still it isn't braking? *Already checked brake fluid level. What is to be done bro?
Loose the drain nut remove some oil this will also release any air in between. Air has to be removed when you apply pressure you should see air bubble comming out from from reservoir . I was facing the same problem last week with my friends fz but we fixed it this way.
never open the calliper pistons with a nose player. always use soft jaws so the piston surfaces dont get damaged. and also bleed the breaks completely before opening the banjo bolt and hose
kya kru help me
Boss you are doing very wrong method. First thing do not pull the piston by plaier. Just remove fluied hose bolt from caliper and aply air pressure. Second thing ur caliper assembly is absuletly clean. Its a wrong. There so much dust and mud should deposited. So dont make fool. Plzzz🙏
Take this video as reference there is no point of making fool to anyone. I agree I shouldn't have pull the piston by plaier but I had no choice at that moment not every one has professional tool available when needed but it did work well for me and still not issues till date.... I know a lot of videos available on yt which made fool to most of the viewers like cleaning spark plugs with tooth past and a lot of crap stuff hence I decided to make this channel 5 years ago so that at least i can get better content. If I wanted I would have made those type of content to fool the innocent audience however I make selective videos that to on my own bike first I test and inspect the method and only then I post the video. No offense bro but if you have negative thoughts then i can't help. Its my hobby to ride bike and maintain it my self I find peace in it so I share the same knowledge without expecting anything in return I am not on youtube to earn if I want I can do a lot but I take it as a hobby.

Water is the best in cleening break part's
how can we change tree piston disc break oil, combie break system
Don't you think you have scratched the cylinder surface by pulling it with plier? Protective cloth should have been used
I agree with you my friend it was my ignorance. I was too engrossed in making this video. But lesson learned.

Any type of fossil fuel should not be use in brake parts. It will damage the rubber parts.
Brake parts should wash with water only.
If there is subtitle while explaining in Hindi, it would be better😀
Sure ill keep that in mind thanks.
