Population is shrinking in the Western world (most of Europe) and in places like Japan as fertility rates have drop so low, they will be begging and importing people a few decades from now. Everybody will need an African workforce, this is where Africa needs to be very strategic, Africans Firsts, build Africa, our populations need our resources. I was here and I'm now in more 40s, I am outworking the people here in their 20s physically 5 to 10 times over it feels like as an Network Engineer, the next generation who we need to take over physically are just casual and lack desire, many had been let go, they just want to do the minimum and be carried. All our Senior Engineers need to move up or move on, we cannot keep carrying the company this way, very taxing physically and mentally.

Please let me as a white woman put my view across to you all. Most of the people of the UK have no objection to immigration, as long as it is controlled immigration. We have a creaking NHS which many immigrants work in. I myself worked in the NHS for 40 years and have worked happily along side people from all over the world. Schools are overcrowded and homes are difficult to rent. I am not saying that it is the immigrants fault, it is the UK Governments fault, however it makes a bad situation even worse. One day I was on a bus going to work and I was the only white person on that bus. I told my husband that I felt a foreigner in my own place of birth, and that is when we decided to leave and move away to the countryside to be with my own kind. Judge me if you must but please put yourself in our situation. I believe that all people are the children of God regardless of colour of skin. However immigration has changed the whole of the UK and not always for the better.

Those of us working in NHS now asked to pay Health surcharge and increased visa fees from £247 to over £1k. Post-study visa from £2000 to £2900 each. Why not openly ask all legal immigrants to exit the UK! We pay all taxes yet get treated badly. Refugees and illegal immigrants get the best treatment and educational opportunities in the UK. My kid was asked not to participate in this summer's kids fun fair actives organised by my Brough because we are not refugees or on any benefits. Why not asked us to pay instead! It broke my heart reading through the flyers. Just wondering why they share the flyers to everyone at school. I am a free spirited person. Our best family friend is a lovely British lady, Karen. She's just like a big auntie we have in the UK. I spread love, that's why I'm happily working in care, but most odd comments I get here at times make me feel different, but we're all same beings created by just one God. A lot of British people (especially white British) prefer to be on benefits rather than work in low skilled low paid work, some of them have been on benefits for over 10 years claiming that they are suffering from depression or alcoholism and as a result they are able to claim disability living allowances and get their rent paid by the govt . Their argument is that its better to be on benefits than do menial jobs but the irony is most of these people have no education or skills , however this doesn't stop them complaining about immigrants taking on the very jobs they don't want to do! A lot of them have a massive superiority complex and feel that low paid, low skilled work is only meant for immigrants, this attitude did not start today, their govt has been relying on immigrant labour for decades, in the 1950s and early 60s their govt did the same thing they are doing in Nigeria in relation to recruitment, they went to the Carribean to recruit nurses for their NHS as they had suffered a massive labour shortage due to so many of their people dying in the second world war, when the Carribean immigrants came in the 50s and 60s they were met with hatred, violence and many could not get accommodation anywhere as no English people would rent out their homes to them, as a result many of these people ended up being exploited by slumlords in the most deprived areas of London. The cycle is repeating itself today minus the violence but the hate and resentment is still there.
Exploitation is their best games. After luring thousands of people to move to the UK with the promise of post-study work visas, they suddenly changed that in less than 1 year, even increased the post-study visa fees, increased IHS for both healthworkers and everyone. They're just forcing people out again
