You're review may be based on the small amount you used. I have the same shampoo and conditioner and I find that it has a strong floral perfume smell. the scent lasts for days until my next wash. Its very moisturizing and gives me a beautiful shine. Also has helped me grow out my hair. Great product!
I use this shampoo and conditioner however I use probably double what you use. I have fine hair. I’ve battled with my hair for years. This shampoo and conditioner has been a miracle worker for me. I highly recommend.
Your experience my be based on using such a small amount, as this does have olefin sulfonate, which is for deep cleaning extremely oily, or dirty hair. I bought this for my daughter since it's the only shampoo that allowed her to go several days without becoming a grease bomb. She has extremely oily fine hair, as in its oily within hours of washing it. It was once matted with oil in her entire hairline area before we even left the salon. But like I said, she was literally able to go days without washing from one sample pack of the Oaui use. A feet never before accomplished in her 15 + years. My only concern is that her hair is also quite fine and I'm afraid with continued use it might be damaging. Only time will tell.
the nin lathering shamp[oos are very common in Japan in almost all hair brands. The consistency is between a gel oil like liquid. This is because of scalp care. They are not meant to lather a lot. Just barely enough. If this is the same then THANK YOU been looking for something like it. The best Japanese brand that does this is Mucotta but it is difficult to get here.
Actually there is something wrong with the biotin ingredient if you are not low on biotin and are taking it. You can actually do complete opposite and increase breakage of your nails and hair so it’s not recommended to take biotin unless you know your low on it and I’ve been recommended by a doctor!!!
I have this. I don’t find it to be any better than any other shampoo/conditioner. I didn’t notice any additional volumizing, my hair isn’t any thicker. I don’t even notice any lingering scent in my hair. Overpriced, for what it is, in my opinion.
Hey do u lather the shampoo up between hands prior to washing? Bcus this is one of the most sudsy shampoos I’ve came across.. except the olaplex 4 has more lather.
Thank you for this great review! I have a fine hair type 1 and I’d love to minimise my hair loss. Seems like this is a it’s a great set though I was actually looking into the Olaplex set earlier. Which one do you think would be a better option? ☺️

Ive tried ouai thin shampoo and honestly i would def buy it again, smells phonomenal and it really does work
If you rub the shampoo in your hands to emulsify it before you put it on your hair, you definitely do get a good lather

Hmm. possibly this one because it's nice and light. Olaplex is definitely a bit heavier! :)
I’ve used both Olaplex and Ouai and I prefer Olaplex.
I’ve just bought this shampoo. Can you recommend a good conditioner?
I’d love to see you review Redken acidic bonding shampoo/conditioner
