The tactical plans getting into the nitty-gritty of the fighting were completed over the last few days. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu isn’t backing down on his stance on Israel’s impending invasion of Rafah. However, some analysts have even suggested Israel may never invade Rafah, because the thornier question which is giving sleepless nights to Israel: Who will govern the enclave when the fighting is over?

Hamas was very worried that IDF would attack Rafah. If Rafah falls, that is the end of Hamas. That is why they want a permanent ceasefire without recognition of Israel. Their charter says all Jews must be eliminated. Stupid ceasefire negotiation.
