Honestly, I don’t think they do. Or if they do, it’s likely just walking and nothing that makes them sweat heavy. I love working out and for me to get a good session in… I sweat. I tied it down and then blow dried it afterwards. But I wouldn’t recommend a frontal if you workout a lot. Maybe for a special event here and there.
