Alibre would have been much quicker if you had used the auto constraint feature when adding circles and picking edges (as you did in Solid Edge). This showed every sketch being individually dimensioned and constrained manually, when it was unnecessary to do so. Maybe the test would be more representative if you knew how to use Alibre ! Interesting comparison though.
if in solid edge ST Version or higher versions will more faster than that.... by the way if use Siemens NX x-form to do it it more fastest than that....
Your result, IMHO, doesn't make sense. It shows that your workstation is more powerful and faster than my old laptop. You'll model this part faster with Alibre Design, Solid Edge, and ZW3D than with SolidWorks if you know those programs.
@@ViktorKovtun Well, why be so categorical? After the first viewing, I noticed the pace of construction of the model in your video. And 3m 10s is subjective, of course, at your pace. If I use my laptop speed, I complete this model in 2m 20s. It seems to me that firstly the programs are not configured optimally. What do I mean? The rendering quality of Alibre and ZW3D is significantly lower than that of Solid Edge and Solidworks. I understand this from the quality of rendering the circle. There is no animation of view transitions in ZW3D. For an objective comparison, it was probably necessary to disable it in other programs. It’s also worth noting that from the video it seems that setting up animation in Solidworks is the slowest. Secondly, it seems to me that Solidworks did not use the most successful tools for quick construction, and even those tools that were chosen were not always used in the fullest way. I think the real speed of building a model in different programs will not be more than a few tens of seconds, of course, provided that you have good knowledge of these programs. In any case, the video was interesting, thanks!
Alibre Design - 4 min 32 s
Solid Edge - 4 min 33 s
SolidWorks - 5 min 59 s
ZW3D - 4 min 11 s

Is there no sound?
Parabéns pelo Vídeo ! Muito obrigado pela comparação.
I did it in 4:07 via Solidworks :)

yes, ordered drawing looks so archaic nowadays. Direct modeling is the future of design for sure.
Excellent demo.
Biggest problem of all these software is APPLE Mac version not available
sounds like an Apple problem to me.
@@tronowolf Sounds like a freedom problem to me. I MUST use the worst OS available against my will
@@Sempreinviaggioo Yeah I'm sorry that you have to use a MAC

@@ViktorKovtun, It's silly to use Solid Edge for ordered drawing.
Soliworks é em pt portanto é superior
and most expensive ...
Alibre Design tem versão em português e custa 1/3 do SW
