Can me someone explain how EigenLayer and that LST issuer make money? And why an investor should trust a not regulated third party? Or 4. or 5. party in case of restaking… and that risk for some points and the hope of an airdrop? Crypto is very very strange.
EigenLayer and LST issuers makes revenue through fee's and most likely also the yield they generate with the funds. As of why you should trust all these d'apps, well you really shouldn't trust them, it's just a way to gain additional yield, that's about it. Still risks involved, but the the tech is pretty good. Hope that helped ;)

The term is better thought of as a scale from 1-10, where a company might be a 10 (months to years), a house an 8 (weeks to months), a car a 6 (days to weeks), furniture a 5 (days), and so on, until cash and crypto, which can be transacted near immediately.
