I really appreciate this group more than ever. They are very unique. There is no one that sounds like crucial conflict. And there is no one that sounds like bone either. 2 different amazing groups
The World just wasn't ready for CRUCIAL CONFLICT. If you look closely you can see they started that crunk shit. When the clubs played this Hit people went crazy. True rappers out that Mid West.
You could have put Crucial Conflict in a church and they would have had the same energy lol They didn't care if they were in NY or New Mexico they stayed the same Underrated Chitown legends
@jairestopmotion459 Facts becuz Chicago accent was southern mixed with chi town slang which is how you got the wild southern like style but Midwest style they delivered.
I'm from Chicago!! I remember this like yesterday. My cousin was from the West side of Chicago and knew these guys personally. Shout out to my cousin Marcus... He put me up on this legendary group from day 1!!!
Jay Doe They called it "Rodeo style" cuz 99% of their beats was bouncin!!! Totally unique, has'nt been copied YET. Bone thugs completely different. I will always be a fan of both! This ws when we was Chi-town Not Chi-raq!
@@TheLobMob From tx n a bonehead... N will verify that Crucial Conflict was n still n their own lane. It was like a whole different type of "crunk" when i heard this sht.
Durand Bernardd brought me here. 😂😂😂😂Man, you can’t help but bop to this song. I’m finna start playing it everywhere I go from now on. I miss the 90’s.
super dope! one of the most slept on songs, and groups of all times. super dope performance, song, and style. where are those dudes, today? I need to see more of these guys performing their hit song, instead of the regular faces I am seeing.
I was in high school when this came out. I still rock this song. everything I hear it have a need to roll a blunt, but I never smoked in my Life! where did they Go? they probably somewhere smoking high af!
The original wild boppers. Chi city legends. How in the hell did Chicago drill music bite the south trap scene, when Chicago west side style (Twista, crucial conflict, do or die, and psycho drama) totally influenced the south back in 96-97.....? And now u see the whole country biting Chicago and the drill scene. Wow!
b ch because the younger ‘artists’ want to separate themselves from the legacy that’s already been laid because of some false, misplaced sense of ‘individualism’. They feel like they have established they’re OWN ‘identity’. SMH... They took the bait.
This was the SH*T Back in the day!!!! Brings back a lot of good memories. They put out another single recently that's off the chain. Search for "Planet Crucon" You'll see what I mean
Cold Hard got so much hypertensionized energy bouncing around scowling all on that stage. Cold Hard said he fought over 130 people and loss 2 or 3 times mean muggin the audience what if somebody said sum shit disrespectful he would probably jump out n start whoopin ass that's how Chicago dudes are we don't fear shit.
Crucial Conflict always takes me back to a very special time of my childhood. I was headed into my tweens and my eldest brother just got his driver's license. We had this on cassette and would just bump this over and over. We were COLOSSAL Bone Thugs N Harmony fans, but we just didn't buy into the "crucial conflict is a BTNH rip off hype". We knew CC's The Final Tic backwards and forward and there just was no comparison. BTNH and CC were doing two completely different things, each of their own merit. After a while, when we'd discuss it with other friends and kids in school we came to realize that most people only ever really heard Hay and Rodeo, and based those claims off two songs. A personal favorite of mine is Tell It To The Judge, and I'm Bout To Explode. I really hope these guys are doing well these days. They really did carve out a really unique part of hip hop and I will always be grateful for having been there to listen to them.
I'm STILL ROCKIN THE JORDAN's DJ is ROCKIGN WITH TEM OVERALLS... REMEMRE WHEN THEY WERE THE SHIT BACK IN THE DAYS.. WITH A BIG BROTHERS OR CROSS COLORS SHIRT...!!
I really appreciate this group more than ever. They are very unique. There is no one that sounds like crucial conflict. And there is no one that sounds like bone either. 2 different amazing groups

Who in their right minds would want to sound like them( crucial) anyways 🤣🤣🤣
This made me smile. I was like 13 when his song came out. Me and my friends used to dance our butts off to this hit.

The World just wasn't ready for CRUCIAL CONFLICT. If you look closely you can see they started that crunk shit. When the clubs played this Hit people went crazy. True rappers out that Mid West.

I from the Chi...and I remember when this first came out. I thought these cats were from the South. Never heard anyone from the city sound like that.
I have asked someone from Chicago if they heard of them? He said no! Im from California and listen to them.
Same here. I swore they was from GA which is where I'm originally from. I used to argue the kids down and they told me they was from the Chi!
