Hi foodies, After many days of effort, I finally devised a new audio post workflow/solution to improve the overall audio quality and you should see/hear it starting from this video! To me the audio is as important of a part as the video itself and in fact, I put just as much work into the audio as the videos (although maybe people don’t care, I have the tendency to torture myself when it comes to perfecting things like this 😂). After the new workflow, the voice should be more full-body and have more tonal balance. More ambient sound is retained and should be more natural. It would inevitably be louder (because of the more retained ambient sound) but the voice should penetrate well through the ambient. Lastly, all the sounds while eating (chewing, occasional lip smacking, the sound produced when chewing food of different textures) which are all previously eliminated because it’s considered bad in podcasts and voice-over, are now retained for a more holistic experience. Because my videos, after all, are largely about eating food and not podcasts, and those sounds from eating are an integral part of the experience. Although not a mukbang, I find retaining (even amplifying) all eating sounds in those mukbangs to be an important factor for a food show and I'm experimenting with a bit of crossover. The voice-over still has the same treatment of a full clean-up plus the new tonal improvements. Hope you enjoy! Edit: There is a bug in the plugin that affects the controls and the loudness of this video is louder than what I intended it to be (above 5 LUFS louder if you are into that thing), it will be fixed it the subsequent videos.
You guys are cute and smart, I just love both, empanada de choclo (corn and cheese empanada) are my favorite, also chiipa guazu, that corn bread, has a lot of cheese too. Greetings form Asuncion, Paraguay, You should come to our country.
Umm… yeah, I guess? 😂 But I felt this one was super thick like a full steak size thickness, the schnitzel is pounded quite finely so it’s a thin flat piece. Also the batter for Mariners was not quite well incorporated possibly they didn’t do it quite well.
@@supergodmode Traditionally schnitzels are baked in a pan, so that is the difference I guess. You absolutely could deep fry a Schnitzel if you wanted to though, the cooking method seems like the only difference
@@Fufski I think that is mainly because of the cooking method, a Schnitzel would burn on the outside and still be undercooked inside if it were too thick. They are a bitch to cook properly as is already
@@Fufski the reason behind batter doesn´t incorporated very well, it´s because of vinager or lemon they used, but that´s what make marinera savory and delicious.
I'm confused about ur talk bout the quesadilla. You said quesadilla the stuff is on top, but the the stuff u r having is on the inside..... I don't know about u, but every quesadilla I've ever had, the stuff is inside. Whatchu talkin 'bout willis?
Hmm... sorry for the confusion, I should have clarified it better in the video. What I mean is that quesadilla has stuff on top of the tortilla which is then folded (I forgot to mention that but I added a quick explainer text at that moment) so the stuff ended up inside, sort of like a sandwich, while in mbeju the stuff (cheese) is mixed with the dough (not tortilla but made with yuca) from the start so it's one thing all together and there is no extra stuff on top of being sandwiched.
Love your video, you really knew your stuff, love from Paraguay
Thanks! 😊

Isn't the Marinera basically a Schnitzel? We eat those all over Europe

they are different things, the one you say is called milanesa, it is made with breadcrumbs, the marinera uses other ingredients.
