It has to make its way thru the lower courts and the appeals process. The ONE case that made it anyplace but to the shredder, was in there favor. Some guy voted for his Dead Mother with her Mail in vote. So that was corrected. BTW he was a Republican and voted for Trump. All the rest were dismissed for lack of evidence. You don’t appeal that. It’s been clearly documented that the judges asked the attorneys representing Trump and the Republican Party do they have any evidence of fraud to present to the court and it has been a general response of “No your honor, we do not”, which has been followed by cases being withdrawn or dismissed.
