If you're talking about game three...you guys are missing the fact that I have to clear her snipe hunter STILL leaving her at three darks in GY. If I took the CROW, and waited till mali, she would summon mali, crash, summon DAD, and it would be GG either way
@@HeadtoHeadBattles that doesn't work if you used JD effect to clear snipehunter and swing with JD leaving her at2000 LP then when she summons mali she can't crash cuz it's 2200 damage GG though
@HeadtoHeadBattles if I'm not mistaken her grave had 3 darks and sniper on field. Then four with snipe going to grave. She triggers mali and you banish another card with your crow after she activates the effect. I couldn't be sure that she had that composition in the grave, but if I'm correct then it was indeed a misplay
I love GOAT format. I also like non-meta modern yugioh. So long as you aren't building competitively, yugioh is still fun today (sorry for such an outrageous statement). Fun boss battle idea: Magnet Warrior vs Electromagnet Warrior.

I get that, but she summons Mali, crashes it, summons dad, pops my jd regardless. She had 5k lp BEFORE she crashes with Mali. I had no other way to grab my jd from GY and it was gg either way.
For the next battle, how about a Vrains girl duel, Trickstar and/or Marincess vs. Altergeist (or Ghostrick because I thought that’s what she used).
This was exactly the kind of duel I loved when I played in college! (It was back when Xyz was the hottest new thing)
My fave format? Not sure, but I love having duels where it isn't just continuous hand traps, and decks that make it so no one else can play. I love the duel that makes you have to find a creative way to win, and character duels obv!
The next boss battle should be the opposite: Armed Dragon Lvl 10 (Thunder or Regular) vs Punishment Dragon! Or Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon vs Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon!
Or another idea: Fire Fist vs Ice barrier!
The next Character duel? Upgraded Alexis Rhodes vs Upgraded Chazz Princeton! Susu could totally be sick with Ojamas, or preferably Obama/Armed Dragon/VWXYZ, but as long as he uses Ojamas!!
Food I'd eat all my life? Chicken Cordon Bleu! Chicken, ham and cheese! just need eggs and you have a kickass omelet!

Both iconic monsters I was always a casual collector of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards but I got into Competitive Yu-Gi-Oh! in 2010 right at the beginning of Tengu format and I had a blast with it. DAD and JD both handed me some clutch wins and devastating losses but it was my favorite time to play Yu-Gi-Oh! by far. I was cool with the XYZ era too but Tengu format was the peak for me.

Haven't seen a lightsworn duel in ages! I'd eat pizza for the rest of my life since pizza can have a variety of topping to help balance out my diet, also a variety of items that can be considered a crust.

I love your Yu-Gi-Oh content so much! An idea for another boss battle could be a matchup between two nostalgic Duelist Kingdom fusions: Yugi's Gia the Dragon Champion and Joey's Thousand Dragon? At face value it seems like a mismatch, but Time Wizard could come in clutch for Joey... or not. 😂
I didn't watch GX and didn't know Lightsworn and Dark Armed were rival boss monsters, but I played the DS game, Lightsworn really gave me trouble
Epic Boss Battle: Cyberdark End Dragon VS Dystopia the Despondent
Game 1 : If I am not mistaken, jen could have used Mali's effect to win a turn earlier.
Game 2 : HOLD YOUR CROWS PEOPLE. Sure if they have five names now and you think they have JD then go for it but otherwise wait till they are paying a cost or activating a card like monster reborn so you can at least make the crow a trade off.
Game 3 : Letting him necro and soul releasing after was just mean!

What if you can’t end the duel or defeat your opponent with exactly amount of health and attack of the monster.
For example if Susu has 1400 LP, Jen has to end the duel with a monster with 1400 attack

I got a new series for you two: Structure Deck Duels. Go all the way back to the first non character structure decks. You can upgrade them with newer support for those types but you gotta keep the boss monsters and win with them
My fav format is 2014 for sure ! More variety and less negate turn 1 :/ and the food I'd eat all my life would be Sushi all the way with spicy mayo! And I still want to see the duel between Claws of Critias !

I have to point this out, at the end of the third duel, Jen had Soul Release in her hand and Necro Gardna was in Susu's graveyard. Why didn't she play Soul Release ( removing 4 Lightsworn cards and Necro Gardna) before attacking and clearing out the monsters that way she could've attacked for game? Isn't the effect suppose to happen during the attack phase? She could've won one turn earlier, just saying
Tunnel Visioned into the Lightsworn Cards and forgot necro existed.!

I like the slower paced Yugioh games where both sides get to do something that isn’t just negating and special summoning for ten minutes.

With the placements of the cameras you couldn't see the graveyard-action. I was really confused at the beginning.
Loving your work. I prefer goat format as a favorite. Getting to use all of those currently banned cards is fun. Salmon is a favorite food of mine, so I wouldn't find that as my single type of food.
Plant Tengu was a crazy good format. There were other good decks but plant mirror match was crazy tactical. I also really enjoyed Rabbit/Wind Up format that followed because there was so much rogue stuff that was bobbing around that made tournaments super fun.
For me YGO peaked mid synchro/xyz era and I lost interest around pendulum summoning coming out.
Here is a neat idea for a boss battle Evil Hero Malicious Bane VS Rainbow Neos two types of HEROS.

I still play old school format, everything before links and pendulums. You can still build fun casual decks and play without being OTKed every game.

Great vids guys, always love watching obscure idea but boss battles of drill binacle and raging flame sprite, both low level monsters that can attack directly and gain 1000 attack each time they successfully attack, so it would be fun watching the stalls and trying to take them out before getting too powerful, or jim cooks fossils vs hasselberry or supreme king evil heroes vs upgraded bakura....battle of the evil versions

Susu brainstorming dd crow and passing on it when you can chain it to activation of malicious remove a different dark and mali banishes itself making jen go to 2 darks in grave unable to ss dad, is so sad seeing how it ended. Also Jen could have soul released necro guardna to swing for lethal. In the 2nd game could have also saved soul release to set up dad since we already know gold sacr dad is being added as well as darks in gy exceeding 3, it would clear the board deal 2800, next turn susu gets garoth, summon in atk is auto lose, set would just get popped and another 2800/ or walked over, next draw was foolish, could drop necro if there is another, to live a turn and we have no info on what the next draw is, jd would win, otherwise Jen wins.
You do realize, I clear the snipe hunter on field giving her the last dark regardless. I already calculated for the Mali banish + Crow but she would summon mali, crash since she had 5k LP then she summons and pops, and with no way to grab another JD I would lose regardless. And yes Jen told me she tunneled into lightsworns and didnt even see the necro there xD kekeke
@@HeadtoHeadBattles Bro I'm sick, quite right on that she can crash mali for dad, although Jen would not have dad in battle phase for the turn, so you get 1 more turn due to guardna next turn, and since you are insane it would be book or something XD Either way was entertaining!
Oh for sure, if I had another way to grab one of the JDs from GY I would have played a but more defensively. And we never fault the viewers from not seeing what I'm seeing. Watching and playing, essentially see two different games xD
