A couple of points. First, if you check your tuning often it will give a useful health check on the state of the guitar. If you are always having to re-tune it can be a sign that you have a problem. Second, always tune down below the note you are aiming for and then come back up to the correct note. this will help to stay on tune.
Strum your strings with them standard western tuning literally tuned to a440hz if it's been broadcasted over a radio that's what it's tuned to it used to be 432 which is lovely the Rockefellers changed it from 432hz to a440

So I tuned the guitar. Then I hit a chord and the strings I have to hit while holding the chord no longer strum. theyre tight. Seems even when I retune while holding the strings down the neck that I get the same issue.. No one in their tuning videos seems to address this. As an absolute 'FROM 0' beginner, I'm probably doing something wrong here like maybe holding the strings too hard on the neck? But I cant seem to find a middle ground.. Maybe someone can shine some light here?
@@F7ble Um I just fiddled with it for about 10-15m turning it both ways but you have to tern it more than you would expect. I don't know if that helps.
My high E string snapped when it reached E flat (one fret lower). I already stretched the strings and checked if there is something that may damage the string. It always snapped around the nut and it happened 3 times as of now. Pls someone help me. I'll be grateful
FOR THE LIFE OF ME!!! I can't seem to get those same sounds from my own metal strings without risking them to pop. Why is that?? I bought 09-45 strings because they are thinner. But still- not even close to standard tuning sounds such as above☝ Worth mentioning that I have rewired my epihone guitar to play left handed, as well as changing the bridge saddle upside down. Could this have something to do with it? All help welcomed! Thank you!
my strings seem to be tunned but the G string hits the fret and makes a "twang" sound before sounding normal again. IDK if this is the right tension but it feels loose, but if i thightent, it doesnt reach the G string again and im afraid it can snap the cord.
If your like me and dont have a controled room temperature. Like it cool in the morning and hot in the afternoon. It effects the strings. So dont retune as the temperature drops the strings will tighten with it. Other wise you will be tuning your guitar every time you pick it up. Idk about ur guitar but mine stays in tune for at least a week before i need to adjust it.
Or u know you could strum it with a tuning fork a440 hz is the standard personally over that I 396 I think it's a smart idea to have a tuning fork for every chakra no your chakras and create the sound according idk what he's talking about but mine instruments sound way better
