Hi there. This is Luke from australia. Ive just bohght the passat alltrack 2016. Noticed that it pulls a brakes 2200kg but ball weight is only 90kg. How will this limit its towing power?
Luke Thomas I’ve got the same issue. Wanted to hire a caravan but even the smallest jayco exceeds the Passat’s ball weight. What was your solution?
The 90kg is straight down on the tow hitch. Most cars are only 75kg. The car's towing capacity is 2200kg. That's a big caravan.
