What Is The Best Structure For A Residential Assisted Living?

Hey my man! Great videos. I need a hand with LLC STRUCTURE.
1. House is in separate LLLC, got it.
2. SCORP hires the employees and handles residents contracts and advertisement
3. Here is where its tricky....
Should I separate part 3?
3A LLC - Residents pay this LLC
3B LLC - This hires and managed the staff and does advertisements?
I only question this because, what if a residents wants to sue? They sue 3A LLC and not 3B LLC. I wont lose my staff and advertisement capability.
