My friends and I do it all the time so we can hunt each other. There's a tutorial on how to do it on here if you can't figure it out 😉 Plus, if you've been watching On1c for a while, you'll see Piggy pop up in multiple videos and streams of his and they 'become friends' etc.

Even tho i love DMZ and it's really only thing i play on cod at this stage, the new mode with zombies, AI. If it only had PVP it would be more desirable to me than dmz. But i do love me some zombies, mix that with DMZ, leave the pvp, im happy.
This is why as a DMZ community we need to make noise an make sure they know we want to keep it. Zombies and Multiplayer gets boooooring sometimes. I know I got bored with Zombies after a few weeks and stopped playing.
Didnt know that mindlessly grinding and killing boring AI just to die and lose everything was more fun than warzone or MW3, this mode is like tarkov, but bad
@@Slate674 you not wrong but every infill in DMZ is different. the people you meet, good and bad is a different experience, plus your missions. There is always something to accomplish in DMZ. it may not be your cup of TEA!!
@@c00lc321 i can appreciate all the things you can do but everything takes a long time and action is never there, bots can either laser you, be annoying asf or be a complete pushover, if there are 15 players in a match i would be surprised, not to say that after grinding and multiple hours of nothing interesting happening you can just die and lose everything
DMZ is easy enough for someone new to COD, and at the same time challenging enough for the experienced players, when going against 6 man teams. Or an experienced player taking on a newbie and helping them survive the raids. I love this video, ON1C! ❤ I know friendly doesn't reach the largest audience, but it touches the most hearts!
@notbadnotgood133 I can understand that, but I literally came into DMZ with 0 call of duty experience. I tried squad fill 1 time, and I decided to do it solo. Watching ON1C and going in solo for 4 months helped. Dying over and over again helped me to learn to survive in the game.

Last time I played DMZ, my random team members had already left me and the last exfil timer was at 30 seconds, but I was close and the last exfil spot was near water, so I had to swim. As soon as the timer reached 5sec, I jumped in and saw like six guns pointed at me. I was so scared, I turned around immediately and lay on the ground next to them, pretending I wasn't there. Good thing they let me live. Damn DMZ is scary XD

dude i just tried dmz again after giving up on it at launch, i think most people dont know how good it is and the m13b chemist challenge was too hard and most people quit after trying it once. its so good
It's a mix, ran into another friendly solo that had the same idea as I did, and we joined to do the hostage contract to escape. But then I had random hackers that could see my position anywhere on the map, even while wearing a stealth vest kill me without warning even though I'm of little threat. I enjoy tension, but I wish ricochet was working perfectly.
Great video! I think everyone has experienced such or similar moments. Every game is full of surprises. And yes, hopefully DMZ stays. At the beginning of the video I was surprised about the cheap buy station prices and thought they had changed that? And then the video seemed somehow familiar...I thought I had seen it before.... As soon as the "discussion" about the gun case began, I knew that I had already seen it weeks or months ago. So is it a re-upload? However, I was entertained and was fun to watch it.
That was such a fantastic interaction - that guy deserves a medal for being so friendly, helpful and generous - if only more players took this as an example of how to behave in the game - we get that PVP happens - but it doesn’t have to be toxic and disrespectful! Well done ON1C for sharing this with the CODmunity.
I’m not saying this is how it should be played all the time, but it’s so nice to find this lol. I play solo 90% of the time, and I’m actually probably too nice. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and it usually backfires. But that doesn’t stop me from being nice when I’m the one doing the killing with a group. I almost always try to pick people up, but I hardly ever get picked up. It’s frustrating sometimes, but I love DMZ and would be sad if it wasn’t around anymore.
Its these encounters. Its how there are missions that make your time in dmz easier. If you have a pvp fight its more stratigic than warzone. People have shit to lose and so do you. Yeah the teams that hunt can suck. But tell me a better cod feeling than wiping out a 6 man thats hunted you and your mate. Also, no gas pushing you in on you. I said it but fights feel more fulfilling. Even the weapons case. Nobody needs it anymore. But its great to hunt down pick up and be hunted for it.

I encountered a 6 man team while looting. I thought it was over for me and instead they split their team up and some joined into my squad of two and we proceeded to exfil together. So basically we exfiled together as 8, that was one strange encounter I’ve had that stuck.
Lmao the chances. I got a similar experience a month ago, I was solo just going into matches and typing in chat looking for an enemy team willing to help me with a mission without actually merging. In one of those matches I got chating dumb stuff with a couple of dudes but we didn't really colaborate; right on the next match I tried again and the same dude responded and asked me if I was trying to stream snipe him lol. He and his team did eventually helped me complete both missions (get an enemy on your vehicle and kill 5 bots, and the one where you give an insured weapon and let them exfill first), so everything turned out pretty nice :) Such a simple but awesome experience, lovely mode.

@@Slate674 to me that sounds like you are describing battle royale, if you are just doing the same thing over and over again its not the games fault lmao, its a sandbox so you can do whatever you want and it even gives you missions and tasks to do so you are precisely not doing the same shit over and over again... and finding players its not that difficult you just need to know the hot spots
that's how friendships are made, met my friends that way, i downed them, they weren't salty about it, they had solid mics so i picked em' up, we play toghether every night since.

You know when you play with randoms, starting at a Trio or a Solo and then joining up, that could lead to great firefights. I'm Hungarian guy, have played with British lads and German guys, my luck is that I speak both languages and we could easily understand each other. Sometime you have great chemistry with randoms, it feels like you play together since years. This game is pure adrenaline rush, with it's great moments, would break my heart if it would end. DMZ should definetly stay and don't be deleted!
The friendlies players I've met so far was just a couple days ago when I was trying to rinse&repeat exfil on vondel with cigar box in a secure bag. I got killed squad hunt on my head and got absolutely destroyed, but my killers realised what I was doing by looking at my inventory and picked me up immediately, letting me keep my stuff (with exception of stealth vest) and even gave me 100k so I could extract it at the final exfil. I agree with the other comments, that it's the interactions with other players that makes the game unique and that's why I keep playing it. It's the only CoD mode I enjoy so I hope that we did not hear anything about it at CoD NEXT, because there are bigger plans for it, which we're not ready for yet. Even if it's not going to be free anymore, I would gladly get over the paywall to be able to enjoy the DMZ journey.
I actually was introduced to DMZ this week actually and back into COD after quitting it since Advanced Warfare. And honestly im enjoying it alot, it's upsetting that the genre seems to be ignored by the devs due to newer hype.... hopefully DMZ gets some love honestly, i just got into it
