I used to enjoy her movies a lot, whether it was Highway, Dear Zindagi, or 2 States. However, I later learned that she was often not the first choice for many of these films but rather a constrained choice. 😕

I think she should have done the Dulhania third sequel with the same team. Now they are making the film, replacing her with Janhvi Kapoor and changing the title. If the story and music are similar to the previous two parts, then that would be a really good project, and it would also give a positive perspective on Alia Bhatt.

Bro, the only point I'd completely agree to in this whole video of yours is yes for Sushant's professional downfall audience is equally responsible apart from industry politics. Because despite boycott he still got movies and they were good ones. Still audience didn't go. The way Kartik gave a BB2 and got his professional ass saved, Sushant lead the 100cr plus earning ensemble Chichore. He had no lack of work despite all the politics and roles being snatched. It was the lockdown that had slowed things down. How he passed away, more or less is an open secret which has nothing to do with him unaliving himself, because he didn't unalive himself. The reason people started hating Bollywood after this is mainly because sabko pata hai kya hua but no one uttered a word and rather put up posts as if he was their bff. The only social media posts made by actors regarding him passing away i found genuine were of Sidharth Malhotra and one of Kriti Sanon. Where Sid's post was an homage to a colleague who was an acquaintance too, Kriti's post was heartfelt. To address your SSR point, why audience didn’t blame themselves for not watching his movies, but blamed Alia. The audience is free to like or not like any actor’s movies. I personally didn’t like SSR acting. The audience not liking someone’s acting, doesn’t imply that they want that actor to die or suffer. Whereas what KJo or Alia or SRK or Sonam or Kareena do, that directly impact other actors. They gang up against other actors, making faces, laughing at them, affects other actor’s confidence and lead them into depression. SSR might not have affected by his movies failure as much as with the Bollywood politics or them making fun of him.

I really don't understand the hate to anyone at all. To anyone in the industry if they "insiders" or "outsiders". Sometimes really get out of hands in Bollywood and makes me thinks of how sometimes it's a really toxic place. Now when it comes to Alia, I do feel the hate on her is unnecessary. Yeah she gets alot of opportunity that no one else in the industry does. And i just checked before say anything, about 10 movie out of 19 are produced by Karan (without Tamil, Hollywood and cameos), and most of them back-to-back early in her career. So no wonder people will start to think that Karan really push her to have all the roles. But I'll be honest, she killed these roles. The movies I was disappointed of her was Shaandaar and Brahmastra. So without a doubt she is a good actress and if anyone say other wise then they are blind and don't know much about acting (I speak as someone who took many courses about film study). So I hope Karan lay down a little bit and don't mentioned her when it's unnecessary or if it's not about her. I remember i saw a clip from KWK (because i stopped watching it) when Karan asked Kriti Sanon how she feels when she got the National award with someone like Alia, then asked her does she hope to get to the level where Alia is. Yeah I wish sometimes that he could change a bit and start working with new people specially that the industry is way big now than in the 2000's with new actors and actresses every 2-3 years. For me personally, I don't like Karan's personality and it's my opinion. As for Kriti I have to disagree with you. She deserves that national award. She is one of my top actress and also it's my opinion. Yeah she keep working with Maddok, but like Alia, it's the production company who offers her these roles that suites her according to them. I think she should have done the Dulhania third sequel with the same team. Now they are making the film, replacing her with Janhvi Kapoor and changing the title. Alia Bhatt is an excellent actor . No matter she is a nepokid or not. She is too much talented . She proved her acting ability , highway , udta Punjab, raazi , humpty sharma ki dulhaniya , badrinath ki dulhaniya , kapoor and sons , dear zindagi , gangubai kathiabadi , jigra and other films , nepotism does not work in every place , abhishek Bachchan was given many chances by influence of bigB , yet he could not succeed, bobby deol had several hit films like gupt soldier badal , bichhoo, ajnabi humraaz in his early days , yet again he vanished . So the nepotism tag is not applicable to alia . And sushant singh rajput issue is nothing but a propaganda .

Bro, the only point I'd completely agree to in this whole video of yours is yes for Sushant's professional downfall audience is equally responsible apart from industry politics. Because despite boycott he still got movies and they were good ones. Still audience didn't go. The way Kartik gave a BB2 and got his professional ass saved, Sushant lead the 100cr plus earning ensemble Chichore. He had no lack of work despite all the politics and roles being snatched. It was the lockdown that had slowed things down. How he passed away, more or less is an open secret which has nothing to do with him unaliving himself, because he didn't unalive himself. The reason people started hating Bollywood after this is mainly because sabko pata hai kya hua but no one uttered a word and rather put up posts as if he was their bff. The only social media posts made by actors regarding him passing away i found genuine were of Sidharth Malhotra and one of Kriti Sanon. Where Sid's post was an homage to a colleague who was an acquaintance too, Kriti's post was heartfelt. Moral of the story ye audience ka guilt aur gussa dono hai jo Bollywood pe nikla hai and for right reasons nikla hai. No wonder Dharma had to sell half of it's shares. Now i don't think KJo would nepo hire left, right and centre

To address your SSR point, why audience didn’t blame themselves for not watching his movies, but blamed Alia.
The audience is free to like or not like any actor’s movies. I personally didn’t like SSR acting. The audience not liking someone’s acting, doesn’t imply that they want that actor to die or suffer.
Whereas what KJo or Alia or SRK or Sonam or Kareena do, that directly impact other actors. They gang up against other actors, making faces, laughing at them, affects other actor’s confidence and lead them into depression.
SSR might not have affected by his movies failure as much as with the Bollywood politics or them making fun of him.

I really don't understand the hate to anyone at all. To anyone in the industry if they "insiders" or "outsiders". Sometimes really get out of hands in Bollywood and makes me thinks of how sometimes it's a really toxic place.
Now when it comes to Alia, I do feel the hate on her is unnecessary. Yeah she gets alot of opportunity that no one else in the industry does. And i just checked before say anything, about 10 movie out of 19 are produced by Karan (without Tamil, Hollywood and cameos), and most of them back-to-back early in her career. So no wonder people will start to think that Karan really push her to have all the roles. But I'll be honest, she killed these roles. The movies I was disappointed of her was Shaandaar and Brahmastra. So without a doubt she is a good actress and if anyone say other wise then they are blind and don't know much about acting (I speak as someone who took many courses about film study).
So I hope Karan lay down a little bit and don't mentioned her when it's unnecessary or if it's not about her. I remember i saw a clip from KWK (because i stopped watching it) when Karan asked Kriti Sanon how she feels when she got the National award with someone like Alia, then asked her does she hope to get to the level where Alia is. These kind of questions make people thing something weird goin-on on why he do all that to her. And asked someone who started their career with Alia, but didn't have the opportunities that she had. Totally unnecessary.

@@try_best TY!! This whole comment section is really unbelievable. And as you said, Karan known to be working with the same people, SRK is the lead in his first 3 movies. Yeah I wish sometimes that he could change a bit and start working with new people specially that the industry is way big now than in the 2000's with new actors and actresses every 2-3 years. For me personally, I don't like Karan's personality and it's my opinion.
As for Kriti I have to disagree with you. She deserves that national award. She is one of my top actress and also it's my opinion. Yeah she keep working with Maddok, but like Alia, it's the production company who offers her these roles that suites her according to them. I loved most of her filmography except couple films (she said in interviews there was a point of time when she didn't got film offers for year and half so she had to say yes for some movies so she could just be in site and work, and she trying to do her best on them). And the role of Mimi is one of the best in the past couple of years, I can't see anyone else playing that role (other than Madhuri Dixit for some reason, if it was made in the 90's.) And she had an incredible 2024, hopefully people start to see the range that she have, and with her production company hopefully she can get good scripts like do patti (and maybe better )to show them. for example, how Anushka Sharma start producing films that Bollywood didn't try to offer her.

And about kriti her work in mimi is her best. But that's performance is not worth to be national award winning performance. That year other industries literally had great actress but they literally do research. Kriti performance in mimi is sem as sonam kapoor performance in neerja. And I heard kriti saying her one of interview that she avoids to doing small budget movies. Because she that time only want to do big budget movies. That's why start of her career we only see she doing big movies with random character. And do patti lack good story. Cause they should just have to focus how domestic violence effect kids. But they literally just made weak screenplay with unrealistic love story and hate story between sister.

And for Do Patti I really liked it from performances wise, no one disappoints. And that's why I said to choose better scripts because it was lacking something as you said. And I also found the sisters story-line needed more than hate (specially we knew their back story from their Aunt), the sister shiley (I think that's how her name) deserved a more happy ending. And as you said, there should've been more focus on the domestic violence effect on children.
