    Hurry & The Soul
Carl Jung said: “hurry is not of the devil, it is the devil”.
When we hurry it feels like we are dancing to music out of step. When we hurry the sages each we become out of sync. When we hurry, we are in a way putting stress and strain on our body. We hurry because we have so much on our plate and so much to do, or we procrastinated and now we must harry to get things done. We hurry when we have too much on our plate.
What does hurry do to the Soul? It removes that gentle rhythmical motion of the soul. That presence of the ebb and flow of joy and peace.
Go back to experience the rhythm of your soul. It is exactly what we are doing now. Being quiet, present, breathing and slowing down. By embodiment practice we come back to the gentleness of soul rhythm and the rhythm that leads us where we need to go.
When in soul rhythm it will take you through all the tasks that you need to accomplish in a gentle, kind and peaceful way. It will take you down that Spiritual part where your Higher power resides, where healing happens, coupled with Spiritual growth.
