I'm glad the FL didn't go back to the ML. But also not the 2nd ML. She just started living her life for herself again after 7 yrs. She gave her a law career and herself. Now she needs to find out who she is. Start living her life. And hopefully, GET WITH THE 2ND ML. What she needs is time to heal. I'm sure 2nd ML will wait for her.

She got all these benefits from him. She casually walks away from him like it’s nothing. She should have told him if he had a chance or not. She knows what it feels like to long for someone, and not have your feelings reciprocated. He will wait around wasting his youth on her too. I liked her until she did that!
FL needs time to heal from those 7 years of humiliation and torture. Not easy for one to forget the pain and move on with another man overnight. Let her take her to heal and trust again. Her choice to marry again or remain single for the rest of her life. Platonic love or romantic love without sex are beautiful relationships. She is grateful to 2nd ML. He understand she needs space freedom. 2nd ML is wise to know if he push her for an answer, he will probably lose her forever. He better not treat her like the scumbag ex. She is a human being that deserves respect not a kept toy or trained obedient dog.

Although the acting is sub-par, I do love the story line. We need more of these C-dramas where the FL realizes her own worth and have some dignity. I can't stand men like this male lead character. They treat women like dogs. They expect their wives or girlfriends to stay loyal and faithful to them. While they are kissing and hanging around with other women. Then she leaves him, and he tries to boast to his friends saying, "She loves me and will never leave me. Just a little argument. She'll come crawling back to me." But when she doesn't come back and makes him look stupid, he wants to panic. As the female lead said, she gave this man 10 chances and he wasted all of them. Now, she's done and ready to move on with her life. Plus, I love the ending. She doesn't take her trash ex back. She leaves with the 2nd male lead. Even though he said he loved her, she was like, "Thank you. But now I want to focus on myself. Figure out what I want."

The saying "If you get free milk all the time, you won't care for the cow" is always correct. FL is taking care of him as a wife without marriage, so he'd been taken for granted. Now she stopped, he panicked from not getting free services. She's right for not going back to him. He didn't respect her and he only wanted her free labour. He like the comfort zone which is created by FL.
Don’t really understand a culture when a man refers to his girlfriend/lover as “RAISING A DOG” and family and friends think he’s being humorous and masterful🤔 If they remake this C-🎭 again, they need to stop with the “seven years timeline” because no woman would be this stupid🤔. FL never loved the ML it was mostly gratefulness because of the kindness he showed her father🤔
Unfortunately it's far too common for bad relationships to last this long. A lot of people stay out of inertia and a sense of time invested as being lost or wasted. Women in particular have been trained to see such behaviour as "wild oats" and put up with it for far longer than they should. Plus there's a lot of social pressure against breaking up.
Why do men or women always think that just because this person who was dumb enough to stay with you for so many years will never leave you. ML treated her like a slave and use her for his benefit and made his life better. He is like you owed me bc I save you and your father from the gangster. A drama that shows the classic example of the Ml not appreciating the Fl until she is gone! This Fl sacrificed and selflessly did so many things for the Ml but he never appreciated any of it, disrespecting her, letting his family use her as a nanny and assuming she would obediently stay with him. The wise Fl set limits, and when the Ml exhausted them, she severed ties with him and never looked back! She restarted her life and lived for herself. That is a good ending in itself! Ww.

Great ending!! She has a wonderful man to marry, but has realized her self-worth does not need a man to validate her. I DO believe in marriage, but am happily single (never married) in my 60’s. I adopted 2 wonderful daughters and tell them if God sends the right man then marry him. If not, be happy with the faith, family & friends you have been blessed with in life. 😊❤

The saying "If you get free milk all the time, you won't care for the cow" is always correct. FL is taking care of him as a wife without marriage, so he'd been taken for granted. Now she stopped, he panicked from not getting free services. She's right for not going back to him. He didn't respect her and he only wanted her free labour. He like the comfort zone which is created by FL.

Don’t really understand a culture when a man refers to his girlfriend/lover as “RAISING A DOG” and family and friends think he’s being humorous and masterful🤔
If they remake this C-🎭 again, they need to stop with the “seven years timeline” because no woman would be this stupid🤔. FL never loved the ML it was mostly gratefulness because of the kindness he showed her father🤔
Unfortunately it's far too common for bad relationships to last this long. A lot of people stay out of inertia and a sense of time invested as being lost or wasted. Women in particular have been trained to see such behaviour as "wild oats" and put up with it for far longer than they should. Plus there's a lot of social pressure against breaking up.

Why do men or women always think that just because this person who was dumb enough to stay with you for so many years will never leave you. ML treated her like a slave and use her for his benefit and made his life better. He is like you owed me bc I save you and your father from the gangster. Who knows if that was even planned by him too. 10 chances is way too many times. That man talk trash and treated her like she was nothing. FL finally had enough and left to get away from that garbage. That garbage still thinks she would just come running to him bc he say so but soon learn she wasn’t going to be bullied anymore. Happy that FL chose herself and got her life back in order. Glad she finally appreciate herself and living for a better future
Is the ML Ryan peng? He is a good actor. I want to see his career take off.
A drama that shows the classic example of the Ml not appreciating the Fl until she is gone! This Fl sacrificed and selflessly did so many things for the Ml but he never appreciated any of it, disrespecting her, letting his family use her as a nanny and assuming she would obediently stay with him. The wise Fl set limits, and when the Ml exhausted them, she severed ties with him and never looked back! She restarted her life and lived for herself. That is a good ending in itself! Ww.
