Attention to Detail: Draymond Green

- Draymond Green has turned from a second-round pick to the motor of a dynasty. And the thing is, he isn't especially athletically gifted or skilled. But he has an insane feel for the game of basketball, knows exactly how to play the game, and plays with more heart than almost anyone in the league. And because of this, almost anyone can take from his game! Check out what makes Draymond, Draymond above.
Nice to see somebody actually put a spotlight on his game cause he's pretty underrated imo he does it all and doesn't really get the credit he deserves
Its amazing how such a great player is called shit by so many people
Anthony Davis I bet they don't even watch his games. I'd say that he is the third most important player on GSW.
That's the casual NBA fan for you
Mostly guys who don't watch games and pay most of their attention to box stats
Exactly he is the core of gsw starting lineup
I would argue he's more important to their success than KD...
The warriors with just KD and green would be miles better than the warriors if they only had klay and steph
In my opinion, he's very underrated. People need to realize how great of a player he is. I would surely pick this guy for my team.
Klarion fr bro
Draymond is fundamentally sound
Attention To Detail: Kyle Lowry
Attention To Detail: Off-Ball Movement
Attention To Detail: Stephen Curry (FULL player breakdown)
Attention To Detail: Scottie Pippen (Mistake me if this was already produced)
Attention To Detail: Russell Westbrook ATHLETICISM
Attention To Detail: Victor Oladipo
Attention To Detail: Donovan Mitchell
My personal suggestions.
I would like to see an off-ball movement video as well
Finally somebody else who wants a Lowry vid.
too early for mitchell but def wanna see victor oladipo
I AGREE COMPLETELY @Off The Court
Off The Court fuck steph curry
Saw this in my feed after the sweep..awesome job by draymon..
Steph (scoring/playmaking) Dray (defense/playmaking) and Klay (scoring/defense) really had the best balance as a trio since Jordan/Pippen/Rodman.
When I saw the notif of this video I neatly put aside all my school work because it's time to learn the real stuff
I bet some nba teams watch this stuff this is great work
For anyone saying he is only a system player, I got one thing to say: *DPOY*
how is he offensively a system player? he averages 10/11 points on the warriors, that number would surely go up on another team. If you dont like him just say that, no need to make shit up lmao
He’s the engine of the warriors tbh
the heart and soul
Thank you so much I’ve waited for this video forever
Read about your channel on the r/NBA subreddit and I'm really impressed. Great analysis with no nonsense or hyperbolic fuckery. Subscribed :D
Fantastic stuff.made me see how awesome draymond is
I know it might sound controversial, but I feel that the Warriors would’ve never won that first championship with this group without Dray
Just saw the awesome vid! Just subbed. Looking forward to more videos! 👍🏼
Another fantastic video! A lot I can learn from
Has no one mentioned he is the last player as of December 22, 2017 to make a 5x5 game?
Awesome! Appreciate Green more after this!
This video shows how valuable Draymond is to the warriors. Idk if he'll play the same if you put him in another team. It drives me NUTS......
Jullius. Only way we'll ever know it is klay Steph n kd are out for maybe a 10-15 game stretch.
Jullius. Defensively yes. Offensively only if the system is based around ball movement
If there's a Defensive player of the postseason, he wins it every time.
Big fan from London 👊🏾💯🇬🇧
I think draymond could average 20 a game. People forget his performance in game 7 in 16. He had like a 33 pt triple double with outstanding defense and hustle plays all night. One of the all time great game 7 performances
Awesome channel! I love the content. Quick suggestion. Try making the on-screen text small instead of large. This will decrease the distance our eyes will need to travel in order to read the text. It'll make it easier for us to read and interpret, especially for info-heavy text you write. I tend to be a full-screen viewer, and I'm finding I have to pause sometimes to have enough time to read. Thanks my brother!
Also a video on victor oladipo? dudes been killing it lately
Waiting for this one!!!
Goat
Can you make an ATD for KD on GS? But this one a compare and contrast of his time in OKC to today- just to see how he’s changed since being on the Thunder.
Mostly coaching related: he became an excellent rim protector, better shot selection and in a team with better spacing
Can you do a video on shooting form and mechanics?
Can you make a complete and thorough breakdown of stephen curry's playstyle? Thanks!
At 6:10 after the swipe, Hayward is like "Oh maaaaannn how did he do that so cleanly??"
Attention to Detail: Elfried Payton. He’s been great this year
Please do an attention of detail Ray allen
Where'd you get this beat, its nice!
Prime Rose "bugatti" by kid ocean
My man! Thxs for the info!
Prime Rose no doubt bro
How about a guide to off-ball defense?
by any means bball, can you do more videos on key guys like draymond who aren't primary scorers, but are really good?
So basically he's the Xavi Hernandez playmaker type of basketball, the best in the world in what he does, but didn't get a lot of recognition until late in his career
Please Ray Allen AKA Jesus shuttleworth this is a great video by the way
Please do attention to detail dennis bullworm rodman in his rebounding skill💪💪💪
The missed dunk at 3:52😂
Please do a video about the Oladipo(pe)
This is where the point-forward position came from.
Lebron
Magic and bird and then Pippen, the grant hill then LeBron
This guy well be a coach on a nba team someday when he retired
Prolly not but Iggy will be for sure
WHERE IS MY TIM DUNCAN VIDEO
ATD: Steph, Klay, Donovan Mitchell, and Bradley Beal please?
Klay Thompson was done already, but good suggestions.
Do Paul Pierce next!
Can you make a video about marcus smart defense?
Plz do a Donovan Mitchell or Steph Curry player breakdown.
Nice vid
Could you guys please make a Stephen Curry breakdown full
Victor Oladipo or Bradley Beal. Thanks! 😊

where do you get your music from?
alex leung "bugatti" by kid ocean
Paul Pierce plz 🙄
smartguy Yes! And Bernard King!
YEEESSS I’m surprised he did draymond Instead of some other guys tbh
ballislife draymond is unique player, his mobility is the best in the league rn
most casuals (who by the way 'want the 90s NBA) hate him because he is ugly and loud, but really he is a once/twice a generation player, i don't think i've seen anyone like him since rondo
Bout damn time
Update on kyrie and steph please 😄
Attention To Detail: Donovan Mitchell
Bout time
PLEASE DO MKG BREAKDOWN 🙏🏼
DO BRANDON ROY
Can you do kyrie Irving
Can you do more videos where u voice over? I find them much easier to watch.
Zad 17 That would be pretty helpful but im fine with the slides in my opinion but the only thing I hate about it is that some of his videos or slides go too fast and won't give me the time to read.
Falcon PUNCH 👊🏾 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
Need a Steph Curry one. Most diversely skilled player in the game needs a full breakdown
Attention to detail Bradley Beal
Fundamentals.
notif gang
do a Ron Artest break down.....
Attention to Detail: Donovan Mitchell
Do Donovan Mitchell!
Do one for Joel embiid
He helps that he got the best shooters in the league. Curry really attracts too much defense.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ATTENTION TO DETAIL ON PAUL PIERCE!!!
Hey, By Any Means, you're another basketball RUclipsr whom I believe makes great content, so I made a rap video about you and some of the other cool creators like Mike Korzemba, In The Lab, and MDJ. I'd love it if you would check it out as well. It'd mean a lot to me. Thanks.
🙏
Appreciate the support man!
2nd best defender by far.
None who’s the first?
Leonard
Greatest defender of all-time.
Stephen Curry NEXT
Denis schroder?? Pls
So he a Point Foward
Manu ginobili
When I attack i allways step on defendes legs and fall what to do?
First and foremost, you may already know that basketball is a very physical game but in you're situation this happens pretty rare or if not often but are you sure you have proper footwork and are you sure that its you that is causing yourself to fall? Because the defense should maintain a distance from the offensive opponent and then you (the offense), are you sure that you are keeping a clean and good enough space for physical contact? You also claim that this happens during every drive you take to the basket. Just remember that its not always the time to explode or drive to the basket, same as shooting. You really can't tell when the contact you'll be taking will be very severe or in general some fouls that are flagrant fouls (specifically for you're situation). Although this might not be clear enough as I break it down, I would recommend you to watch "How to Lockdown Defense" in this channel and although its you that is having trouble with the defense, you might get an idea on how to create some space and proper body language during you're drive to the hoop.
Cyril Dacasin thank you very nice answer I will watch the video again
Great vid can you do one of Lebron James
Andrew Fuentes He already has one in the channel by the way
By any means stephen curry
Steph curry attention to detail plz
Kareem Mercier he's done it already
Good videos just sometimes your points focuses on minutia that just seems like overthinking or are too black and white. I feel like u should teach concepts as well as small attention to detail but concepts are more important in the big picture
+8 Ball if we did broad concepts, everything would get covered in just a few videos. Plus, smaller details are more interesting and applicable.
By Any Means Basketball fair enough but let me ask you this. Do u think someone applying this to their game is going to remember this small detail in a split second? Sure the details are good but im thinking conceptualizing how to apply these details in a game for those just trying to make these details work simpler
Ive watched pretty much all of ur vids and im very thankful for. U should think about maybe dropping another series maybe on concepts as it be awesome for anyone learning bball.
8 Ball Interesting idea do like the sound of it! The smaller details just come from practice more than anything like just mentally telling yourself e.g. "head up". But still think concepts are a cool idea.
true, it's almost impossible to be consciously trying to remember every small detail of how you should be playing. But practicing what you can eventually turns it to muscle memory, just like learning a new move. I think these details can still be treated as concepts to apply to your game.
Lmfao how is there an attention to detail for draymond fuckin green and not T Mac smh
Do trae young
you forgot his secret move: *The flying scissor kick*--able to render any opponent useless for at least a few minutes!
yeah that move so effective other players, even Lebron, had to imitate it.
Dennis Rodman
Attention to Detail Gilbert Arenas?
Come on Draymond is Tobias Harris without Steph them.... Do Manu!!!
Scottie Pippen
Joel embiid next
He sacrificed his game for there offense to run smoove
this is a great video especially on the defensive part, but lets be honest his jumper and finishing ability are usually horrible... Only occasionally he makes some good scoring plays.
Lakers should use BRANDON INGRAM in this role (41---3-pointers), not LeBron (149----3-pointers).😀😀😀😀
LeBron's Step-Back 3-pointers stroke is too valuable for a WIN-NOW STRATEGY, not in loser mode anymore to feature youngest Laker.
Len bias
Who else think Draymond next KG(Kevin Garnett)
