Always on the edge, definitely you can’t find anything better to move around the hook than a EB Respectfully I also have to say, no need to dress the popper with treble hook kill, a single hook won’t hurt any viewers, plus we can keep showing us the rate. results, on a single popper hook, you probably missed few other bites while wrestling to unhook that gator .. Good luck on that new EB and please keep showing us the good hard work
Great video, not very familiar with up north fishing. Next time you head south, you should stop by Beaufort SC and fish. Great red fishing to be had here.
Enjoy the video Mr rich you always have great content enjoy watching you fish take care of yourself my friend and I'll catch you on your next video your friend Billy Simmons
only $4000 what a steal, you could get a new Old Town Autopilot 13.6 for that price without a battery, nice looking beach. The fish hits looked like a 1000' ft out but the camera distorts the distance.
Barbless hooks. Can't go past them for me. I've noticed no reduction in how frequently I land fish and I'm not breaking jaws with pliers to get them back.
I’m a new subscriber from Delaware and am learning a lot from your vids. Thanks!! Glad to see your in NJ. Stop at Cape Henlopen, I’ll meet up with you, Take care, Fish on!
Nice video Rich! Love the bike! I saw a guy turkey hunting riding that bike on the outdoor channel. Also you are greatly appreciated by the surf casting community we know your credentials you should not have to explain to anyone.
In the opening, when he reaches the beach, you can see a city skyline across the water, way in the distance; so I'm going to guess the tip of Sandy Hook maybe.
Man Rich. Really enjoying your channel more and more. Love the variety of vessels/tools you’re using on your vids. Avid mountain biker around Long Island but haven’t used my Fatbike on the beach for fishing yet tho.
Nice Gator Blue! Caught dinosaur blues in NJ last week (see my IG posts). Changed out the back hooks on my SP minnows and pencil poppers to inline singles immediately afterwards.
I fixed up my little kayak yesterday and tried to put it in the water and ultimately failed on my journey let’s just say. maybe I’ll switch to bike fishing soon 🤣 🎣
Yoooo I fish there all the time and throw the same stuff as you but never got into one like that!! 😂 my biggest from over there is 31 this season. That bike is a game changer for getting out there!! Hopefully next time I go I can get a giant like you just did! Awesome video
How far are you able to cast this popper? I been surf fishing but wanting to reach further with my cast to that second sandbar. Also, I am curious about using an artificial and wonder how to target those bigger fish with a popper( for example) at that second/further sandbar. Thank you
Great video with the talking popper. I have the same lure, unfortunately I couldn't catch anything fish at ISBP on Memorial Day. I'm looking for a place with flat water where the blues will be hungry for this weekend. Any suggestions?
@@FishAholicTV I live on Long Island and I wish I lived the same life you do everyday looks like another great adventure each day for you! especially love that boat you have it’s a beauty!👍
I’ve been fishing this area since I was like 6/7 so I just know based on the time of year and I’ve always done well here with topwater. But if I went to a beach I’ve never fished I would have experimented a little more to pattern the fish.
Nice vid - as always. I just wonder if you happened to notice what kind of bait your first blue spit up? I’m always curious about that kind of thing. It looked like some little fin fish. I know you were busy at the time but do you have any idea?
Appreciate you taking the time to do what you can to revive those fast predators like that Blue. People notice. Beautiful beach dude. Great video
Gotta love fishaholics! I’ve learned a lot from this channel for sure.
Thanks for reminding me to switch all the treble hooks to singles.
Whole new level 🚲🎣😎 ...love it !!

Awesome video. Will definitely be taking a drive down from Morris County this spring.
Awesome footage as usual. I’ve been getting rid of a lot of my trebles and going to singles

Same problem with the plugs... i pulled out a new popper and and i gotta swap to single stinger hooks too. Pita taking out those treble hooks

Very nice, where is NJ is that? I see a bridge in the background and I can't place it...
In the opening, when he reaches the beach, you can see a city skyline across the water, way in the distance; so I'm going to guess the tip of Sandy Hook maybe.
Why not use inline singles, if you're releasing everything?
Fished there many times. Cool session!
Nice Vid! Thanks for making my day!
Thanks!! I’m glad to hear!!!
Nice vid Rich. Good looking beach bike. I'll have to check them out.
Rich , you need to get a couple pole holders and a basket for that bike
Man Rich. Really enjoying your channel more and more. Love the variety of vessels/tools you’re using on your vids. Avid mountain biker around Long Island but haven’t used my Fatbike on the beach for fishing yet tho.
Nice reel dude, looks like full cnc.

Awesome video, nice bike, I love your cap 🧢
I fixed up my little kayak yesterday and tried to put it in the water and ultimately failed on my journey let’s just say. maybe I’ll switch to bike fishing soon 🤣 🎣
Picked up an Ebike earlier this year. Haven't had a chance to use it yet.
Cast it out and do some surf trolling as you ride your bike... LOL
Haha 😂 I thought about that. Maybe I could get a planer board so it will take it out more.
I’m glad you are doing surfcasting again. I got used to the yak videos, but the boat....... Meh 😑. Lol
Yoooo I fish there all the time and throw the same stuff as you but never got into one like that!! 😂 my biggest from over there is 31 this season.
That bike is a game changer for getting out there!! Hopefully next time I go I can get a giant like you just did! Awesome video
Man, you just solved the problem of the absolute worst walk in waders that I can think of, at least in MoCo.
I bet it makes the death March out to the Hook a whole lot easier.
Always love your Jersey vids! Please come back sometime before Thanksgiving.
I’m Montauk now filming a little but have to come back to Jersey for a Bachelor party so I’ll try and make it happen.
Dang bro! I’m thinking of taking the Bakou bike out myself and do some exploring 🙌🏼 nice episode!
Dooo it!!!
I just know the struggle of droning yourself with all that gear in your hands lol. Thanks for the extra effort!
Haha I thanks a definitely sacrifice some time to get those shots!!!
Where is that in Jersey Rich? Beautiful water ! All the beaches by me are loaded with seaweed so it’s impossible to fish right now :/
You spend the hole day fishing? Love your channel, BTW. Keep on!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Not the whole day. Half day fishing but also I spend a lot of time filming to. Thanks for watching!!

Do fish just follow you around the East Coast, or are there days that you strike out? Thanks for the video.

Thanks man! Tight Lines!!!
very nice Blue
Rich!!!!!!!!!! Is it actually worth buying the vanstal and what reel do you recommend for a budget price($100-230)
Hey Rich, can you try a Mean Eyed Shad metal blade bait? I've caught tons of fish on them in Florida. It catches everything.
I’ll look into them!!!
how do you know when to fish topwater vs jerkbait or soft plastics for stripper/bluefish?
I’ve been fishing this area since I was like 6/7 so I just know based on the time of year and I’ve always done well here with topwater. But if I went to a beach I’ve never fished I would have experimented a little more to pattern the fish.
Buenísima la bicicleta.
get video. love the bike
17lbs is an honest estimate! Maybe 18! Thanks Rich!
those reels have drag for days
Nice vid - as always. I just wonder if you happened to notice what kind of bait your first blue spit up? I’m always curious about that kind of thing. It looked like some little fin fish. I know you were busy at the time but do you have any idea?
Do you need a beach vehicle pass to ride the E bike?
Nice bike
Do you have a preference incoming or outgoing tide?
Sick new bike rich!
Where in NJ is this? Some monster blues
Wears 2 longs sleeves on the beach (wonders why he’s sweating)
Water was 55 with a little breeze id be cold. I’d rather be hot then cold.
Plus, its better to sweat than get melanoma.
he said, "dint call me tiny!!"
I was surf fishing in rockaway yesterday 🤟🌊🐟 crazy fights they all catching blues and strippers
Niiice!! Keep on catching lol. *stripers.
@@FishAholicTV Ops 😁😂😂stripers stripers . Lol cheers man 🎣🤟

@@FishAholicTV no problem! I have a question though. How’s the born salty been for you? I’m looking at that or the hobie compass

How do ebikes and a saltwater environment work out?
So far so good. 🤷🏻♂️. I wash with freshwater after so only time will tell.

I swap out the trebles for singles...easier on the fish and me .
We call those baby blues in Gulf Shores...jus sayin..
If you're not keeping to eat, CLOSE YOUR BARBS. I doubt that blue survived that long out of water with a torn up mouth.
