    I believe a-book propfirms will take over and the b-book propfirms will dissapear. The biggest b-book propfirms like FTMO and maybe 1-2 others will survive because they have enough losing traders. But the rest of the shit b-book firms will be gone in 2-3 years and thats only a good thing i think.

    • @joaocardosd
      @joaocardosd  4 месяца назад +2

      FTMO is not totally b-book. They have a system where they catch some traders trades.

    It's so simple to copy trade the good traders. That's all they have to do, so the payouts are not coming out of their pockets but from the markets, and they also have to copy trade in order to profit themselves from those traders.

    • @joaocardosd
      @joaocardosd  4 месяца назад

      Yes, but even firms who do this need to have strict rules. Also the trader could be risking a volume and the prop another volume. I will share in another video the rules some props have to catch traders trades.

    • @oceanwave4142
      @oceanwave4142 4 месяца назад +3

      @@joaocardosd The goal of a prop firm should be to find the good traders and copy trade them with even more volume than them. Once a trader shows consistency over time, they strategize to copy them.

    Lets talk about the real issue its not the unprofitable traders buying cheap challenges or easy challenges... the real problem is the profitable traders that consistently recieve payouts the prop firms cant afford their success they have to find a way to mirror profitable traders or the sharks will keep feasting

    • @joaocardosd
      @joaocardosd  4 месяца назад +2

      The consistent trader is not actually the problem, is the gambler. The gambler is that guy who spends some money in every single prop and once he is funded he goes full risk and gets a massive payout.
      Firms don't go down because a bunch of guys make 3-5k per month but instead, those that make +50k by using high risk.

    • @jwick24gaming
      @jwick24gaming 4 месяца назад

      @joaocardosd that's so cliche they want u to think that... that's easy excuse on why they make crazy rules and looking to limit profits now...how many consistent traders do we see later get banned after making so much money ......... that narrative was created by then because it sounds logical ....but those sharks that consistently profit are the ones they can't afford to keep paying

    • @jwick24gaming
      @jwick24gaming 4 месяца назад

      @@joaocardosd they parade the big profit splits like thet are really happy for the trader and then do a big interview to draw attention for potential customers ban the trader later once he has made too much money...then wash and repeat with a different trader

      @darkknowledge8243 4 месяца назад +1

      @@joaocardosd Guys who gamble like that usually end up breaking some rules and don't get their payouts approved. Honestly, from all the copy trading of profitable traders to 95% failure rate of most challenges it's just a shame that prop firms use these lame excuses for their exit scams.

    • @joaocardosd
      @joaocardosd  4 месяца назад +1

      @@darkknowledge8243 There is also a lack of good management from the CEOs. If you look at their age, they are all young guys in their 20s with no background experience, so it's normal for them to take bad decisions.

    I give up on prop firms, too much losing. I've had a better chance going on Binance and Bybit put in that same money for a 100k account and buy some coins {with proper research} and hold and trade some. Much more lucrative. So now I have two options, buy and hold like traditional stocks and I do my analysis set my SL/TP and go about my day. No draw down rule to worry about.

    • @joaocardosd
      @joaocardosd  4 месяца назад

      I understand but the risk-reward is on the prop side. You pay 500$ to get a 100k account and you can make easily 1-2% which is more than double of the money invested.

    I am surprised you said Alpha capital is better known to traders than the 5ers. I would disagree with you there.
    Also, if you want to talk about old and well established firms, how could you have left out Audacity capital which was founded in 2012?
