Andrew Caden on the 1687 “Ole Bull” Stradivarius violin and Catherine McHugh on piano at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.
Do I see Frankie Gavin in the background..?
In the Presence of Frankie Gavin!!! Well Played Indeed!
That was delightful, Andrew. You actually made that old thing sound good! Well Done! ;)
That's the funniest comment ever 😂 It's a Strad !!!!!
It's made for you Andrew! I'd be shaking holding it
Great rendition of Miss Langford's, Its on me list of tunes to learn!
Brilliant. But the Strad is used at 1/1000000 of his possibilities.Could as well have played this tune on a tin fiddle.
First position.
Sounds like one of the judges at the fleadh😂

Frankie - ‘That’s me’. 😅
class stuff andrew lad must get you on for a tune a week next year
Class!! How are you getting to play these instruments??
He gets to play them with both his hands if that clears up your question. Martin ☘ 🎶
@@MartinHill59 That's very funny Martin! Kevin ☘ 🎶
Thanks man! Just tagging along😂
Excellent playing, and better than me. To get anywhere near Frankie, the individual notes really need better articulation. For example by using more even amounts of bow for each note, rather than longer slurs where some of the notes get glossed over. Good luck!
very good but you are no cameron chisholm
😂😂😂
😅
