However, I managed to protect myself by posing straightforward inquiries: 1. What is the nature of the product? 2. Who are the competitors in the market for this particular product? 3. If the product possesses exceptional qualities and value, why is it not being sold directly or in the market? 4. How is the company generating such substantial profits to distribute among its partners? MLM and Affiliate Marketing businesses have collectively resulted in the loss of thousands of crores from poor and middle-class individuals. Unfortunately, there is a lack of effective measures or regulations in place to curb these fraudulent activities.

Vivek sir said almost all in his videos about 100% cashback with no question asked but when students or so called entrepreneurs asked for refund then their team put conditions and even Vivek sir himself said that there are some conditions for refund. I think main reason for the Scam is No Refund instead of claiming 100% Refund with No Conditions.

I was not aware of any such conflict before this video. I got to know about SM about 9 years ago through free CDs, before he even started his youtube channel. Without even knowing the connect of the conflict, I can say that SM, has right moral compass and would not mislead anyone.
Question no.6: What Does 100% Cashback means with NO QUESTION ASKED? Vivek sir said almost all in his videos about 100% cashback with no question asked but when students or so called entrepreneurs asked for refund then their team put conditions and even Vivek sir himself said that there are some conditions for refund. I think main reason for the Scam is No Refund instead of claiming 100% Refund with No Conditions.
