If you were wondering, the aluminum Kaos upgrades are exactly the same as the stock plastic c-hubs, they will still have camber when mounted in factory position. 🤟
You can just flip them 180 degrees. Either way will work as long as they are upside down. The only time it would matter is if you are going to use the front sway bar.
I'm not sure but I would say just give it a try, it's not much work to remove it. I would try driving around without it and see how it feels. Might be more tippy but still drivable.

I can't find much of anything on these c hubs having multiple positions it has 4 different positions to be mounted and I guess upside down too.
You can download the owners manual and it should show you the correct orientation.

Both sides need to be flipped upside down.

Can I take the sway bar of my f250 lift ?
I'm not sure but I would say just give it a try, it's not much work to remove it. I would try driving around without it and see how it feels. Might be more tippy but still drivable.
