美味又健康的番薯是很好的低脂肪，低热能食品， 口感清甜，非常的Q弹！
材料: Ingredients:
300克 沙谷米 - 300g sago
200克 紫番薯 - 200g Purple sweet potato
150克黄番薯 - 150gYellow sweet potato
半粒 椰丝 - shredded coconut from ½ coconut
3湯匙 椰浆水 - 3 tbsp coconut milk
150克 白糖 - 150 g sugar
大火蒸煮60分钟
Steam for 60 minutes on high heat

Thank you for sharing! I have made one successfully using an eight inch pan. Will use a seven inch pan next. The procedures were really simple and sugar level was just right. This kueh is rather addictive. Love all the recipes you have shared. 😍

Hi aunty Liew , today I tried to steam the crystal cake , so happy it turns out great weewee !! But the cake appears a bit sticky when cutting ,not like yours firm kind type , may b forgotten to cover with a foil b4 bring to steam lah. Oh I reduced the sugar by 5gms enough sweetness for me. Thank you for sharing this recipe simple and yet yummy .
