Hi aunty Liew , today I tried to steam the crystal cake , so happy it turns out great weewee !! But the cake appears a bit sticky when cutting ,not like yours firm kind type , may b forgotten to cover with a foil b4 bring to steam lah. Oh I reduced the sugar by 5gms enough sweetness for me. Thank you for sharing this recipe simple and yet yummy .
