I deleted all of my friends from my life because they wasn't serving me as proper friends so I got rid of them, simple isn't it. They are all out of my life now and I feel so much better for doing such an act. I even deleted all social media because I was being traced, tracked, monitored, harassed and stalked in my current location here in England. Don't use Social Media in my opinion. I have no friends now and I stopped going to pubs and clubs around 3 to 4 years ago. I weight train hourly and daily to keep the enemy at bay. I can lift 10kgs now. I only watch RUclips for inspiration, may everyone receive this well
