Ive been listening to this for about a week. Honesly I can definatly tell something in the way I think is changing. I landed a great job this week too. Can i say its because Ive been listening? Not sure but the job that I got was a job I never thought in a million years that they would hire me. Its almost magical. That is one of my favorite ways to end a yoga class. I have been sidelined for almost a year due to a freak massive clotting event resulting in lung damage plus grad school. However I finally feel like my body is healthy enough to demo poses and my mind is grounded enough to teach class. Fingers crossed things are available in Atlanta Georgia.

I overcame depression and multiple drug addictions. It was only darkness that was in my heart and my mind. Untill I realised that even the slightest glimpse of positivity and light can change your life. Focus on that, see it even when you feel darkness is surrounding you. I have no darkness in me anymore, only light. I still have a way to go, to grow, to grow more towards the light. Looking forward to learning more in life, even when it's tough. Hello FlyiInThe Sky... great name... you have done so well and are succeeding where many give up. I think that most of us who live in relatively wealthy countries have every chance of being happy - even if it takes us a while to get there. I'm 68 in a week's time and think that in many ways these are my best days - I have pretty much overcome bipolar disorder and feel a sense of contentment with my small but significant contribution to society. I find that the more I give of myself the more valued I feel. I fully agree that the more we learn the more interesting the world becomes and the less interesting our own imagined difficulties. That is one of my favorite ways to end a yoga class. I have been sidelined for almost a year due to a freak massive clotting event resulting in lung damage plus grad school. I overcame depression and multiple drug addictions. It was only darkness that was in my heart and my mind. Untill I realised that even the slightest glimpse of positivity and light can change your life. Focus on that, see it even when you feel darkness is surrounding you. I have no darkness in me anymore, only light. I still have a way to go, to grow, to grow more towards the light. Looking forward to learning more in life, even when it's tough. Hello FlyiInThe Sky... great name... you have done so well and are succeeding where many give up. I think that most of us who live in relatively wealthy countries have every chance of being happy - even if it takes us a while to get there.
I'm 68 in a week's time and think that in many ways these are my best days - I have pretty much overcome bipolar disorder and feel a sense of contentment with my small but significant contribution to society. I find that the more I give of myself the more valued I feel. I fully agree that the more we learn the more interesting the world becomes and the less interesting our own imagined difficulties.

I'll be honest. I've been feeling depressed for the past weeks and I'm ashamed that I can't get anything done. Going to listen to this and start trying to reprogram my mind.
