    Hey Fredo
I am doing a lot of calls, teams etc so good call quality is important. But most importantly I am very sensitive to occlusion effect and hate hearing myself when calls in an unnatural way and feel “stucked” due to the in ear.
I work in a very noisy office ( good anc with high freq noise cut out is necessary )
I do a lot of gym, running, hiit ( very good anc, no occlusion again )
What would you reconmend to cover these all?
    Thank you
    Istvan

Best for the hardcore gym sessions between the Sony XM5, Sennheiser Sport, Sennheiser TW4, Jabra Elite 8 Active, and Jabra Elite 10? Stuck between these 5 and honestly although sound and anc quality are important, the most important thing for me is that they don't fall out every 10 minutes!! Thank you Fredo for any feedback

Stick with the Jabra elite 10.
The momentum sports are nice but missing some features and expensive at $330.
I’ll probably pick up another pair of Jabra elite 10 in cream for the rotation

I daily the XM5s, but I HAVE to replace those terrible foam tips they came with. The transparency sucks with these ear tips, and after a little over a month, one ear tip has already ruptured to no one's surprise.
I am reluctant about trying other ear tips because ironically, at the expense of comfort, the only reason the XM5s stay in my ears is because of the aforementioned foam ear tips. Silicone does not play well with my ears. My ears are literally bruised from those foam ear tips now, however, so yeah. They are quite the whimsical ear tips.

@@Gamer-xb1eo so my S24 ultra used to default to the standard Aptx which is available. The MTW4 did sound good. It was only until I used a Xiaomi and the higher res Aptx codec did I notice the difference. They sounded crisper and clearer. Not massively but for sure there was a difference. Samsung does not have the codecs, so even if you choose hi res audio in the Sennheiser app, it won't make a difference. But it did with the Xiaomi.
