Bullshit. These are scapegoats for the death caused only by this drug addicted loser. He himself took the drugs. He's an adult responsible for his own actions.
IT’S REALLY SAD THAT HE LOST HIS LIFE, HOWEVER, LIAM WAS AN ADULT IN CHARGE OF WHAT HE DID. IT DEFINITELY WASN’T THIS FIRST RODEO & NOBODY WAS COERCING HIM TO DO ANYTHING HE DIDN’T WANT TO DO. IMO, IT ISN’T RIGHT THAT PEOPLE ARE CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH HIS DEATH. LIAM WAS INTENT ON TAKING WHAT HE DID & UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS HIS CHOICE & HIS BEHAVIOUR THAT SADLY LED TO HIS DEATH. I ALSO THINK THAT IT’S HIS FAME & STATUS WHY THE LAW WENT ON A MAN HUNT MY CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF HIS FAMILY, ESPECIALLY HIS SON, BEAR. 🙏🏼
it is very sad what happened but why are they being charged so now if you want to leave a room and go back to your own when some one is drunk extra its an offence I really do mot get it yes if he was going to jump when you are actually there get help but why are you responsible if someone is on their own
Suppling drugs is an offence. Negligence when he was foaming at the mouth and going in an out of unconscious and the women manager and her colleagues took him to his room without calling an ambulance. Humans should have knowledge and feelings
I speak Spanish. The 911 call was very shady. They knew he could harm himself because he was on drugs. They knew he was braking stuff but they weren’t in the room. And the receptionist didn’t want the police to show…Read the transcript.
This really annoys me. Nobody is responsible for somebody else's actions. Nobody forced him to put what he did into his body. It's sad that he's passed away. However, how are they going to say that he was trying to leave the room? He's dead. He's not here to speak up. I hate the speculation and the assumptions. Nobody in this world is entitled to have somebody charged because they were taking drugs and doing things. Even if he bought the drugs from someone. He still chose to buy the drugs and he does have a history of substance abuse. This is what the world has come to now. Everybody wants to get somebody in trouble. The simple fact is that he was taking the drugs. He accidentally passed away and that's the moral of the story. Don't do drugs.
How many barmen have been arrested for manslaughter for supplying a drug called alcohol to someone who got squiffy and then fell on their head while trying to tie up their shoe lace?
He didn’t have a wife. His girlfriend probably left because she could no longer help him. IMO it was a tragic accident and Liam had taken too many d rugs. He tried to escape the hotel via the balcony and fell. Others have different beliefs. Tbh whatever happened, the substances played a big part of it, but nevertheless it was very sad. Liam had a lot left to offer, but sadly he lost the battle against his addiction., which ultimately was in his hands.

These comments are truly incredulous.
Which ones?
Awwwwww how long have you been waiting to use that word ? Did you google it first ?
So sad for Liam but he did do drugs not sure it’s anyone else’s fault he took them.
This is a disgrace and ridiculous. As usual with these drug addict stars others need to be blamed for it. Mister Payne himself was responsible for his state. He shouldn’t have ordered and taken drugs and alcohol. He was a grown up and a father. Judging from his superficial instastories he had a total empty existence. Not the industry nor the hotel staff should be blamed. Only him.
Stop victimising these drug consumers.
Joke, the man was in charge of his own life. I've never heard anything more ridiculous
He’s dead due to his own actions , don’t blame shift he’s been a wrong un for years
By their own logic, everyone who knew he took drugs and how irresponsible he was , will have to be prosecuted, including he own family. It's a very sad situation and an unnecessary death.
Never blame the drug addict, trust me when I say they will piss on you and cast you adrift if they don't get what they want. No sympathy for this guy.
So other people are getting in trouble because a grown man decided to do coke?
Yup
Your comments base on this news alone. Please open up your eyes. If you believe all lies TMZ feed you it's a shame. There are many chl who bring justice to Liam. Look for them and think twice. Liam was set up. People around him are snakes. I hope finally the truths will come out. What really happened to him who did this to him.
Same they need someone to pin it all so we all forget about liam was murdered and it was planned
You need a life. You care way more about this than you should. I feel sorry that your life is so empty that this shit matters.
@@bobhowe7676
Your words show how bs you are. We just simple human being. If something was wrong would you let people believe that?
Surely the only person to blame here is Liam Payne himself?? Can you really be charged with not looking after someone,if you can then most Saturdays everyone that hits the town centres are guilty of that crime!!! They aren't his carers,he was an adult,he chose to drink and drug himself to death , nobody else is too blame!!!! Rip liam
It would be interesting to find out the response time from the call to police. Perhaps they are trying to deflect inaction onto others.
If Liam wasn’t good looking no one would care. No one forced him to take drugs into his nose. He was a no good horrible guy who abused his ex. Please stop hero worshiping these awful people!!! 🤷🏼♀️
Did you know him 👀
Why is it that when a celebrity dies, they always seek to blame and charge people? He was a grown adult as i am and ive been wrecked many times but if that happened to me I'd be straight in the back of the ambulance and off to the morgue.
In my world selling and distributing drugs is illegal.. If it leads to death it often, at least in my country, leads to criminal charges.
We often see these cases where young people die where not only the dealers but also the people who have left the person in a state of helplessness are beeing charged and convicted. It isn’t strange at all..
Is there normally a manhunt to find out who gave a dead celebrity drugs that had just died because of drugs?
@@ConnorMcCartney95 In my country, there would be, yes.
@@Monica-ni5gr where are you?
What is "some form of manslaughter"?
Negligent homicide I believe
why are they still milking this
What a waste of time. He killed himself by being just another selfish celebrity.
Who told or forced him to take drugs he can look after himself😡😡😡
Ridiculous. He alone is 100% responsible for his own death. He took the jump, chose to get off his face. If he wasn’t famous this would have been wrapped up an hour after he jumped
That's ridiculous. Nobody should be getting charged for anything. It's entirely on him for losing his life.
Bit like the Matthew Perry situation.
@@melgrant7404 not really. As no one dragged Matthew to his hot tub like they dragged Liam to his room with a balcony.
@danielle-g3k but as regards to suppliers of drugs being charged it is the same.
If this is the case, and sets a new precedent... Then ALL people who WILLFULLY HARM OTHERS should be brought to task
Absolutely
No one forced him to take drugs sad tho any death is he was out of control and responsible for his own actions and choices. He had an addiction and his death was a tragic accident. Case only gets attention because he was a pop star.
So by your logic drug dealers shouldn’t be locked up by trying to poison people? That’s basically what you’re saying.
He took them his own fault
He was a grown ass man. He knows not to take drugs and whatever else he did. He put him self in that situation he did. Ain't deserve sympathy. Don't say it's sad. He's ok taking taxis to get drugs.
Argentina should concentrate on its dilapidated economy. What a joke. He's responsible, himself, alone!
He was responsible for his own death, no one else !! Should've stayed off the drugs & alcohol and been a responsible father instead !
Bullshit. These are scapegoats for the death caused only by this drug addicted loser. He himself took the drugs. He's an adult responsible for his own actions.
Charged not arrested and not convicted .
Thousands of people in the UK die from alcohol each year. Never gets mentioned.
And this kid didn't even die from drugs. He probably had KFC for dinner that night too. Best blame them too
How is his friend criminally responsible? Dont get it.
Justice for Payne
Justice for what?
He should have given justice for his precious body first. He abused himself by taking drgs.
He got justice he’s dead
People in the comments, have unrestricted access to the evidence I see? 😂
RIP Liam
I ALSO THINK THAT IT’S HIS FAME & STATUS WHY THE LAW WENT ON A MAN HUNT
MY CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF HIS FAMILY,
ESPECIALLY HIS SON, BEAR. 🙏🏼
How would you like your child irrelevant of age dragged and abandoned like trash whatever they did or didn’t do it’s negligent simple as
WHY ARE YOU TYPING IN ALL CAPS?
Money > Justice
it is very sad what happened but why are they being charged so now if you want to leave a room and go back to your own when some one is drunk extra its an offence I really do mot get it yes if he was going to jump when you are actually there get help but why are you responsible if someone is on their own
Drugs kill and they are everywhere, even in the House of Commons!
"Failing To Look After"??!
Christ!
Is he a kid?
A spoilt brat has killed himself and now you all looking for scapegoats!
Wow.
Might as well send the umbrella to jail too.
Imagine Jose falling from his balcony after drinking and using and getting 5 people charged for it. LMAO it’s so gross
This is ridiculous...he's a grown man....well he WAS a grown man anyway
... EXACTLY!!! 🤯🤯🤯
It ALL Stinks/IT'S ALL a Tragedy/
- & ALL of It was Avoidable!
Lol. 😅
This is ridiculous
How many barmen have been arrested for manslaughter for supplying a drug called alcohol
to someone who got squiffy and then fell on their head while trying to tie up their shoe lace?
😅 funny but true!
None, I would presume. Since alcohol isn’t an illegal drug?
@@Monica-ni5grit kills people though!
Alcohol is LEGAL. Supplying cocaine is illegal.
@@paulinegallagher1675 so surely Liam
Shouldn’t have been using either.
life is the result of the choices we make...
Yes it sure is.
if you are serious then charge the wife too???? she left knowing the husband was on drugs? you are only doing it to poor people.
@@debipiddington9256 using the same logic of girlfriend should she be charged too cuz why go after the staffers? acting like he had special privileges..
@@MSYENT-TV no.i believe Liam is to blame for his own downfall (pardon the pun)
I really want to know how many of you have watched YT called
Liam Payne asked for help
WATCH it and think again. Use your thought not what the media feed you. Don't let the guilty persons use media to clean themselves while Liam can't defend himself.
Justic for Liam
I think Liam would be honest about his part in his demise tbh but obviously that’s not gonna happen because he lost his battle with his addiction
You tubers imo have been feeding theories into people who can’t, or won’t. Believe the truth.
@@debipiddington9256
The truths? That's changing everyday?
Why you are narrow minded? Fans with him b4 he passed that day said they didn't see anything wrong. And one hour later he's gone.
He wanted to come in US and they asked for testing his blood. It came out 2 days later he passed it was clean. Why he had a great jop waiting for him why he did this?
It didn't make sense.
There were many mistakes about TMZ leaked his pics. The time was missing showed in the clip. The blur face. If you carried someone like that all around the hotel why no one photoed it? No one stopped asking?
When that Brett said he's the only one was the witness!!!!
Liam broke the laptop
Liam was passed out (as they carried) how he could walk to the balconey?
Also that Brett said he saw the body how he knew Liam was dead? He said he saw Liam in the lobbey and 5 minutes later he saw the body how he moved from lobbey to 3fl in 5 minutes? That Brett and TMZ must be sued too.
The most important questions the missing Rolex.
And did you saw that clip yet?
The main media didn't report what happened in Argentina.
That Rabbit hole she can speak Spanish she brings all news from Argentina.
Now open your mind if you defend the guilty persons.
Justic for Liam
The laws are different in Argentina, if you leave someone vulnerable knowing they could be at risk, then it's a crime there.
If your rich and famous, you only have the self control and decision making ability of a child. This is why other adults will be held accountable and blamed for any mistake you make. Poor Liam :(
Miss liam payne so much he was an wonderful artist.i keep listening to his songs. ❤
Giustizia per Liam 😢⚖🖤
He was a junkie. If he wasn’t attractive you wouldn’t care.
Sad that this happens to millions of people nobody cares but coz its a famous person now foke care
Why do some people care about someone else’s life when they did everything wrong but others get in trouble? Move on, no one cares. If you if care about celebrating a so called celebrity that got messed up and couldn’t control him self then you have bigger problems.
If a poor person kills himself with overdosing no one cares but if you are rich 5 people are charged for "responsibility"
Yes shocking isn’t it?
So now surely all dealers should be charged in this way, regardless.
These comments are ridiculous. Liam didn’t ask for this. This was all planned. There’s more information. That aren’t saying. He didn’t fall.
So when passers by said the saw a man on the balcony and heard him shouting loudly then jump .... Were they hallucinating?
@@Phillip-p1ewho's to say they saw anything?

The max for manslaughter in Argentina is 5 years. This is a slap on the wrist.
It's not even manslaughter,he was responsible for his own decisions nobody else
He is responsible for his own actions! He was a drug addict! hello!
NEVER take drugs in the first place.
He didn't fall, he was pushed.
the hotel staff who took care of him is charged? wow
I'm sure he was the one that paid for the stuff and put it up his nose and drank the alcohol plus a grown man why did he need looking after he's not a child 🤔 😐

On tv saying every hotel room had a mini bar and he couldn't say no, then why Didn't he just ask for the mini bar be removed beforehand as he had a drinking problem?
Always somebody's else's fault 😅
Is it just me...... was Liam Payne really that famous? I've heard of Nobbys Piles but is Pain really deserving of all this media attention?
Himself is only To blame!! Period.Junkie.
Why his ex blamed the media of reporting?
As a British person, i would like to buy some land in Argentina
Collapsed as soon as i got into the hospital
Yes charged everyone involved, so they would probably tell the truth what really happened that day Liam died. Because it’s really suspicious
They just want someone to blame because he was a so called star. He knew exactly what he was doing when he bought the drugs. Trying to pass blame onto these people is utterly ridiculous. I have no sympathy for him. He was an arrogant has been who took drugs. He deserved everything that happened to him. These people don't deserve to be punished for being associated with him. His parents need locking up to for trying to pass blame onto innocent people, knowing that their son had a drug problem. No sympathy for them either.
Now he'll be known as the rich junkie who was so horrible that he ruined several people's lives on his way out.
They sold him the drugs! What don't you understand??
D..k h..d
he didn’t have to take them!!’

How do they know Liam was trying to walk out of his room, exited the wrong way ? Huh ?
The comments in this make me sick.
