Please make a video on your interview process as to what Questions they asked you,if you had to make large scale projects, did you have to jam leetcode (mediums)?

Might make one in future, but similar to my How To Get A Software Engineering Job In South Africa video: ruclips.net/video/WgJ8JCplxPE/видео.htmlsi=F80DBqhnSU4u6RkP Didn't do leetcode, had a decent portfolio and was technical questions around how I would approach a large enterprise system with queuing and that 💪🏼

Love it! Absoulety agree with communication and documentation being the number one priority in a company. Currently working in a company where communication is spotty and is made worse by the lack of documentation. When upper management makes a change, I find out weeks later after already designing an entire project. It is also vital to understand that everyone consumes and understands information in different ways, especially new hires who are not yet accumulated to a company's culture.
As for the remote work, I agree on some points. Remote work is great if implemented properly, and with the right team. It is incredibly hard if you do not have the procedures or standards to follow when communicating. I work with a lot of older people who struggle with technology like teams. On the other hand, I have grown up playing video games and interacting online with friends. I prefer it since I can just focus on my work, not get distracted by my coworkers, avoid commuting and wasting money on petrol. Just have to find a good balance, so I would recommend hybrid as a good blend of both.

I started working fully remotely for the first time a few week ago, before that I was working hybrid which I enjoyed. Another difficult part of remote work for me is isolation and timezones, we havre team members from 3-4 other countries and timezones can get in a way especially when a walkthrough is needed for a particular system when its your onboarding.

Number 2 about documantation is a problem that really needs to be solved. Imaging a saas that can document the code and leave comments😅

GPT is pretty good at adding documentation so there's really no excuse

Lots of potential to learn software engineering, even as an auxiliary skill, massive demand in the AEC (architecture, engineering an construction) for hybrid skillsets.
