As far as i know korea hv their own app where u can stream like melon, genie etc before they include yt views which mainly frm intl fans.. But even now ifans can also access the korean apps for streaming and voting. Sure, there are a lot of good music out there, not only iKON.. But where are they in the music map? Unknown.. Exactly!! Popularity are an artist Key Performance Indicators, besides good music, we can't deny it.. More fans, more album sold, more concerts, more brand ambassador, more money coming in, more success.. Sadly when u made it huge, fans will keep buying ur album even if u sing ABC..

Honestly the only MAMA and MMA award shows I watched are the ones iKON attended. I think what they need to do, to keep things interesting, is mix the performances up. Like you said, not just have showy routines but also add in raw concert vibes one too. I mean they don’t need to cut those other ones out ( since there are other people who seem to enjoy them ) but have a variety of options. Cause like last nights performances were alright at best but I think that’s because they also had different countries type or style of music in the mix. I’m being honest here, if it wasn’t for iKONs performance and the singers from other countries, it would’ve felt like a drag. Yeah it’s nice to watch people dance at a festival but I need more then that to keep me interested. I know the other kpop groups did perform live too but the way their vocals get drowned out by the background music puts me off big time, cause it looks like they’re just dancing. Add into the fact that they also all felt the same in a way, no flavour besides iKON

Honestly have been avoiding ikon for the past 2 years I think. Of course there won't be a time when I don't think about them in over 2 days but when what happened happened. It really saddened my heart for the next 8 months or so. I've never been excited to start watching their performances and I said just the same before I clicked on this video. But seeing this made me very happy and I wish we all set aside what happened with B.I. and support the rest of our kings because they are the ones we love. I also wish we could see more of what B.I. is doing and I hope 7KON makes another song together someday.

they were the closing right, while I was watching other performers before them I thought maybe there’s some technical difficulties (i.e it’s an outdoor venue, etc) that made their voices weren’t like their other live performances (cause I know some of them tried to sing live too). But then Ikon came and I was like 🤯 Wow, it’s just like their other live performances, I didn’t see them finding it hard to perform live in outdoor venue (like always). They’re just on another level, I was worrying for nothing.

this is what i miss the most from YG artist, because I can't really see it now. Being free and really enjoying their performance, with so many improvisations/new ad libs that can hyping up the audience, so they can really make good connection with the audience. and of course the stage presence is always fire.
