DBFZ 1.38 - NEW Piccolo ORB LOOPS?!?!

This patch has been amazing and they gave piccolo some great tools that makes him a lot of fun!!! I will try and optimize this combo. More cooking up with this find!!! I will post a better route for these loops here today and post it tomorrow. It'll be Agni Kai route though but I got you fam. This specific route isn't super optimal
