Narrated Abu Huraira [Sahih al-Bukhari 7563]: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Two words are beloved to the Most Merciful. I attended this lecture akhi in Al Twar Masjid in Dubai it was really interesting and interactive. Till February 10 his team informed us tht the classes have been postponed as sheikh has traveled but this schedule every week is- Friday- Al Mirdif, Dubai Saturday- Al Twar, Dubai Sunday- Silicone Oasis, Dubai This is roughly over the top of the head but more details in the official teams group. Sleeping is a means of relaxation of the mind and body. -> So if we don’t get tired mentally and physically, then we could have problems sleeping. 3 types of insomiacs- 1) Problem before sleeping, take long to sleep. 2) Problems during sleep, keep waking up then sleep keep waking up then sleeping. 3) Finish sleeping prematurely and can't get more than 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Cause- stimulation. This is of two types: 1) Stimulation just before sleep either through phones or speaking to family late and having heated discussions which cause reflections to occur during scheduled sleep time. 2) We don't stimulate ourselves physically and mentally during the day causing us to not get tired and thus not have good sleep later. (People back in the day used to walk a lot and it takes a lot of energy and effort to drive animals. Everything is just easy today. Cars you just put foot on pedal, entertainment you just sit down and scroll or look, even our work is just sitting on a desk so its sedentary still ). So our cause of insomnia is body doesn't get tired compared to old generation, however our brains get more tired due to information overload. ف-this may be the reason for increased mental health problems and suicides. Aids- 1) Scheduling your time- consistent times for eating, bedtime and waking up time. 2) Sleeping on consistent beds and cushions. 3) Don't talk after eesha, with wife or anyone. 4) Sleep upon tahara. 5) Go see a doctor if problem persists.
