I have a logical question: Do all these people understand that they will have to bear responsibility not only for their lawlessness and gross violation of human and civil rights, according to the constitution and laws of the country, international declarations and conventions, but also compensation for moral, material and reputational damage? UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Convention against Torture and other cruel inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and Optional protocol to the Convention, UN Convention on Civil and Political Rights.
