    The beef burger can be a healthy choice due to its high-quality protein content. And grilling a juicy burger is achievable with some key techniques. Start with high-quality meat, handle it gently, season appropriately, preheat the grill, and avoid pressing the burger.
    The beef burger is a great source of essential nutrients like iron and B-vitamins, heme iron for energy, and creatine for performance. It can also provide satiety and healthy fats, especially in lean cuts. However, mindful preparation, portion control, and customization with nutritious toppings are key to optimizing its health benefits.
    Ingredients (for 4 burgers):
    1 lb 80/20 grass fed beef
    4 buns (gluten free)
    salt and pepper
    *4 slices cheese (optional)
    Instructions:
    Preheat Gas Grill to 500F (260C).
    Mush up the beef and form 1/4 - 1/2 lb patties (depends on your appetite). For juicier burgers, we opt for grass-fed ground beef rather than patties.
    Put a dimple in the center of a patty.
    Add salt and pepper to both sides.
    Grill patties for 4-5 minutes each side (4min - medium rare, 5min - well done). Never press down on patty and flip them only once.
    When it's time to turn the patties add buns on top rack and toast them.
    1 minute to go (if you want) add cheese just before closing the heat and flip buns too
    Cool for 1 minute.
