if there was anything i could make my dad listen to over and over again it would be this, if it would mean i could bring him back from this sad life hes created for himself
Its all good. Kids, when youre my age you'll remisce on the music of this era and have fond memories. One of the things music does for me is it brings back old memories. I remember were i was at when i listen to a song or a time period when a certain song was my favorite. Life is beautiful. Thank God for music.
I am so happy I found this song. It has been in my head for the whole day. But only the video!!! None of the words or music! I just remember one line from it and...YAY!
dude, that is classic! Do you really expect any of these young punks to know who Klesko is, much less what he looks like? I have to say that I love it!
This band is so underrated. I wish I could have seen them live not too long ago. :( It would literally make my life to meet Scott Lucas. They've been my favorite band since I was like 5.
OMG I would scream this at the top of my lungs when I was a teen 14 or so!! I love it so much I miss the 90s this was when it was right to be diffrent and alternative!!
Their seventh album, 12 Angry Months, was released in 2008 on the Shout! Factory label. The album is a concept album about the different emotions felt for the 12 months after the end of a romantic relationship. Each track is associated with one of the months of the year, from January "One with Kid" to December "Hand to Mouth" . Local H is managed by former Triple Fast Action member Wes Kidd for Silent Partner Management which merged with Charlottesville, based Red Light Management in 2007.
this band had it all summed up in very few lines, which is hard and basically the sum of it is that if you fuck up, you dont get to keep the peace you once had and you cant grasp it mentally, its like when you break up with someone or stop being someones friend and they JUST DONT GET THE CLUE, THE PICTURE PAINTED THAT ITS OVER ahh i love this song
Yeah, this came out at the tail end of the grunge era. They've broadened their sound a lot since then, but even the new stuff has that grunge feel to it. One of my top five bands of all time.
He's talkin about the present state of teenage youth and the self-destructive tendencies of the next generation. My generation I'm 16. This artist was telling the future with this song.
i heart the 90s . wish i was able to be a teen in that era. but no i had to be cursed to grow up in a generation where pop and da da da you get the point guys
i miss the 90's. seen these guys live a few times. they still do shows. mostly in the chicago area since that's where they're from. the drummer is a different guy now. their live shows are awesome and only like $15 at bars and stuff.
@rapidriv13 Actually, the lead singer changed his guitar's electronics; the top strings go to one pickup and the bottom ones go to another. He has two output jacks, one for each pickup. The thick strings go to a bass amp and the top ones to a regular guitar. That way, when he plays stuff right, he's doing bass, guitar AND vocals at the same time! Pretty ingenious stuff right there.
You know what's awesome people? This is one of the only areas on youtube where a black dude is playing drums and no one says the n word. Just shows people listening to true music are always true people. I love this song when it came out and I listen to it today.
I beg to differ, I was sitting at the bar before a show once and Scott came up next to me to get a drink and I recognized him and said hi and I couldn't wait till the show started and he was pretty cool about it and chatted a bit.
i dont care what era im born in... What ever type of music that is popular now in my time hasnt got nuthin on the alternative and rock n roll of the past
@hightops221 Right on lil dude!! Makes me smile knowing that we may have hope of bringing the music back. I think my parents music was great, and I'm hoping my kids feel the same way.
