Don’t know if I missed it or if you’re not aware of it but you can drag images in and it’ll generate prompts based off them. Obviously not perfect prompts but gives you a starting point if words are escaping you. 👍🏻
I've used this for a little while now, really great. Couple of other things...he skipped over the Style Selection which is really great and has a ton of easy to use styles, art styles, videogames styles, photostyles etc, very handy, very cool. And the OBP has a lot of other really great options to really get cool random images, yet be specific about what you do and don't want, you'll spend days messing around with this. Also the upscaler and img2img work really well and are worth checking out. But also as shown here, the EVO is kinda useless, but they are making improvements almost daily, RF keeps getting better.

No idea why this is recommended over the standard fooocus. It looks like an old version of fooocus and interface looks a lot worse. Anyone can give me several reasons why is better?

RF is amazing! It's my daily driver because it's fast and simple. Best feature-combo is infinite generation+random style+OBP with bypassing safety protocols :)

I was wondering if I could drop windows shortcuts with the names of the SD models i have that link to the actual models installed in AUTOMATIC to be used for Foocus. I don't have Foocus yet. . My AUTO UI hasgotten huge beyound believ as I tinkered and downloaded this and that and the other and, you know... Not only I would not have enough physical space on my SSD to copy all the models in Foocus again but it would also be stupid/redundant. Any ideas ?
I was wondering the same thing. I think we probably can tweak the paths in the foocus' config files or in the environment variables so that foocus goes over the Automatic1111 or the ComfyUI folders to find the models.
put all your models in a directory. Edit paths --> Fooocus\config.txt ( dont forget to use double --> \\ )

why Ruined Fooocus though? I dont see the pyracanny faceswap etc. or maybe burried somewere else? just curious for what reason ruined fooocus is your go to?

What is the difference to the normal Fooocus? I've been using it so far and am actually quite satisfied.
Mainly quality of life fixes and features. The little details that help out when you do this all the time 😅
I'm a bit lost as I'm new in this. Do I understand correctly: first there was Stable Diffusion, then lllyasviel made better UI for that named Fooocus, then another even better tool came out RuinedFooocus - am I right? Is RuinedFooocus the most advanced where I can achieve alll results I want?
I had the same thoughts @hmm-m Why is there always some new ui coming up, i just stick with the normal Fooocus and rely on illyasviel. he keeps updating it...
no i don't think this is the better version. there's just not as much support overall. illyasviel looks like the one to have.

Doesn't look any different than regular Fooocus, but I'll check it out. I like the FreeU feature in Fooocus (I use the MRE version)

@@matthallett4126 a few of the features in MRE have been incorporated into main fork of Fooocus, yes the MRE is dead no longer being developed.
The latest Fooocus 2.1.8.5.
It's pretty good. Love the simplicity but also the ability to do so many things and almost always get good images. I want to create some of my own styles in Fooocus now. 👍🏾

I'm currently bouncing between Fooocus and Ruined Fooocus (RF). I find the former better for complex compositions including face swap which the current version (as of 2024-01-15) of RF doesn't have. RF is awesome for large batches > 32, its unlimited batches and as mentioned below the Evo feature.

Ruined Foooocus has an issue where if you pick a Lora, the program freezes.
Does it work with sd 1.5? Or is it only SDXL?

This doesn't seem to have face swap yet, unless I'm blind or need to install something else? Img2img looks like it just reimagines the full image I give it, but doesn't sample the face for a unique image.

Sorry. I moved it into PowerUp. Felt like it was a bit too much of a "toy" to have its own tab. :) ..but it is still there. PowerUp and then a "Evolve" accordion you can open up.

I used MRE for a bit, but I never really got along with it. Had potential though.
Interesting idea, no doubt, but the repository is very messy, and stumble into many errors. Did they just copy and paste the README, hahaha

It looks like a worse A1111. It can only be useful for total novices.
trying to use A1111 with expert settings and you get a scary face of a duck while trying to generate a young beautiful woman.. With precisely the same AI models, you get much better results. Why not use that ? Isnt the target is generating what you desired to get ?
Since it's built on Comfy, it actually handles SDXL image generation better than a1111. It lacks the control a1111 has, yes. But will create better looking images for beginners.
Can anyone tell me what these billions of images that we're all generating are really good for? Other than a tiny amount of amusement for half a second..

Sin makes the heart unclean but you can ask God to forgive you, to save your soul, to cleanse you of your sin, to purify your heart by the blood of His Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ which He shed here on earth because Isaiah 53:5 says, "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed". Meditation in the Word of God is a visit to God because God is in His Word. We know God through His Word because the Word He speaks represent His heart's desires. Meditation is a thing of the heart, not a thing of the mind. Thinking is lower level while meditation is upper level. You think of your problems, your troubles but inorder to meditate, you must let go of your own will, your own desires, your own ways and let the Word you read prevail over thinking process by thinking of it more and more, until the Word gets into your blood and gains supremacy over you. That is when meditation comes - naturally without forcing yourself, turning the Word over and over in your heart. You can be having a conversation with someone while meditating in your heart - saying 'Thank you, Jesus...' over and over in your heart. But it is hard to meditate when you haven't let go of offence and past hurts. Your pain of the past, leave it for God, don't worry yourself, Jesus is alive, you can face tomorrow, He understands what you are passing through today. Begin to meditate on this prayer day and night (in all that you do), "Lord take more of me and give me more of you. Give me more of your holiness, faithfulness, obedience, self-control, purity, humility, love, goodness, kindness, joy, patience, forgiveness, wisdom, understanding, calmness, perseverance... Make me a channel of shinning light where there is darkness, a channel of pardon where there is injury, a channel of love where there is hatred, a channel of humility where there is pride..." The Word of God becomes a part of us by meditation, not by saying words but spirit prayer (prayer from the heart). Take note, God is Spirit and those who worship Him should do so in spirit and truth. When the Word becomes a part of you, it will by its very nature influence your conduct and behavior. Your bad habits, you will no longer have the urge to do them. You will think differently, dream differently, act differently and talk differently - if something does not qualify for meditation, it does not qualify for conversation.
*THE BATTLE BETWEEN LIGHT AND DARKNESS (GOOD AND EVIL)*
Heaven is God's throne and the dwelling place for God's angels and the saints. Hell was meant for the devil (satan) and the fallen angels. Those who torture the souls in hell are demons (unclean spirits). Man's spirit is a free moral agent. You can either yield yourself to God or to the devil because God has given us discretion. If one thinks he possesses only his own spirit, he is lying to himself and he is already in the dark. God is light while the devil is darkness. Light (Holy Spirit) and darkness (evil spirit) cannot stay together in a man's body. God is Love (Love is light) and where there is no love is hell, just as where there is no light is darkness. The one you yield yourself to, you will get his reward. The reward of righteousness to man's spirit is life (abundant life) and the reward of sin to man's spirit is death. Sin and satan are one and the same. Whatever sin can cause, satan also can cause. Sin is what gives the devil dominion or power over man's spirit. When God's Word becomes a part of you, sin power over you is broken, you become the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus. Where Jesus is, you are and when He went (to the Father), you went. In the book of John 8:42-47, Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.” My prayer is, "May God bless His Word in the midst of your heart."
